An enjoyable stay, lovely ambience. Close to ferry really appreciated.

Position of property great. Character of property good. Washing machine good.

Plug in the kitchen sink. Tumble dryer in property not working. Curtains needed in the lounge/kitchen area as outside light very bright. It would be an idea for breakfast and basic refreshments ie ,milk, tea to be supplied for initial arrival as shop and local knowledge unavailable. Coffee machine didn’t work.

Old, rusty and smell is HORRIBLE.

"The toilet water is clogged and overflowing, and the smell in the apartment is extremely bad." Bed was not comfy at all. I only stayed there for one nights then had to search for another residence in the area.

Wonderful place! The house's charm, combined with its central location, makes it an ideal choice. It`s perfectly located, very close to Lake Como and offers a cosy, private, warm and quiet retreat with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bedroom was comfortable and inviting. It was clear that careful attention had been given to ensuring guests' needs were met. Also, the owner is very nice and helpful (he answered all of our questions, and even helped us with the transport to the airport, very early in the morning). Highly recommend

Amazing apartment

Very nice apartment , felt like home , 2 minutes from lake como , self check in perfect , question answered by the owner in minutes needed help with parking , the apartment was ready 2 hrs prior check in! make sure you download the parking app easypark to pay for your parking around the city, apartment clean with extra duvet, even bottles of water and prosecco in the fridge really enjoyed it and will be definitely back in April thank you

Agréable séjour au calme

Aucun contact possible avec l hôte à notre arrivée. Nous aurions aimé deux clés et cela était impossible, aussi nous a-t-il fallu remettre la clé dans la boîte à chacune de nos sorties . En outre, les rideaux occultants de la chambre l’obscurcissaient . Pour les ouvrir il fallait, soit grimper sur une chaise, soit pour le vélux enlever les punaises.

Locatie was goed.

De eerste douchebeurt was koud. Later gezocht en in een ander ruimte waar een knopje om de boiler aan te zetten. Koffie automaat werkte niet. Tv moest nog verbonden worden met de wifi voordat deze het deed. ‘s ochtends vroeg beginnen ze erg vroeg ver verbouwen, veel lawaai en vroeg wakker. Gezocht op booking met parkeren, maar was lastig, ook geen goede tip gekregen van de host.

Tolles Innenstadthäuschen mit Seeblick, man ist mittendrin :-)

Eintauchen in das Herz von Cernobbio: Wohnen ganz stilvoll in einem der kleinen Innenstadthäuschen auf mehreren Etagen, sogar mit Seeblick, raffiniert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Parken nahebei überhaupt kein Problem (Bezahlung per App, sehr unkompliziert), sehr netter Vermieter-Kontakt - Herzlichen Dank.

Ho apprezzato soprattutto la posizione...In particolare la casa è molto spaziosa e silenziosa...pulizia perfetta ...assistenza immediata per ogni esigenza

Wypad we dwoje z pieskami

Ładny włoski domek w świetnej lokalizacji. Miłym gestem od gospodarzy była butelka szampana.

Duży minus za brak przygotowania domu na nasz przyjazd. Doba zaczęła się od godziny 15, przyjechaliśmy po 17 a dom nadal nie był gotowy. Finalnie przed 18 Pani skończyła sprzątać i dostaliśmy klucze. Były trzy piętra, łazienka z prysznicem na samym dole, gdzie było naprawdę zimno, a na samej górze sypialnia z ubikacją.
