Ruim & schoon appartement op 10 minuten afstand van Como
Groot, ruim opgezet appartement in een klein dorpje op 10 minuten rijden van Como. Alles was erg netjes. Goede douche, 2 badkamers en 3 slaapkamers.

uns hat die Wohnung sehr gefallen, sie war sehr sauber und hatte eine tolle Größe - gerne wieder!
sehr saubere, sehr große Wohnung, schon etwas älter aber gepflegt. Lediglich die Fenster könnte man renovieren, ansonsten alles top (neue Badezimmer - gleich zwei, auch Betten sind reichlich vorhanden und sehr bequem (ein Doppelbett und vier kleinere Einzelbetten, je zwei in zwei Zimmern). Keine Klimaanlage und keinen Geschirrspüler, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Schlüssel leicht zu bekommen über eine Box und gute Anweisungen des Vermieters. Lage top, in einer Minute zu Fuss am Lidl, in zehn Minuten im großen Einkaufzentrum und in zirka 15 Minuten im Ort. Parkplatz war immer vorhanden und ja, die Wohnung ist nur über eine schmale Treppe zu erreichen. Uns hat die Größe der Wohnung sehr gefallen und dass die Kids eigene Zimmer hatten (bei drei Kindern muss oft immer ein Kind auf dem Schlafsofa übernachten und dann ist das Wohnzimmer blockiert, aber hier nicht). Das Wohnzimmer ist wunderschön, auch stilvoll eingerichtet und genug Sofas für alle. Andrea ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, immer sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
Fenster müsste man renovieren, funktionieren aber alle einwandfrei, nur etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Grosse Wohnung, etwas spärlich ausgestattet
Gut per Auto zu erreichen. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss bis zum Bootssteg von Cernobbio mit Verbindung nach Como und anderen Ortschaften am Comersee. Grosse Wohnung.
Küche etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Viele Treppenstufen bis zum Wohnungseingang (sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden). Heizung hat nicht funktioniert als wir angekommen sind und die Wohnung war bitter kalt. Das Problem konnte allerdings rasch gelöst werden mithilfe eines Videocalls.
