Very good deal. We would come again.
Good location for driving around Lake Como. Breakfast not included but food stores close by. Plenty of space and 3 air conditioners. Fully supplied kitchen inc' oven. Excellent for families up to 6.

Disappointing
Comfortable beds and pillows.
Very disappointing. No proper cleaning, especially kitchen and bathroom. Only 3 beds were prepared to sleep, but the booking was made for 4 people! Air conditioning doesn’t work properly, that is why it was very cold in the apartment in October before the heating season started! Not reliable company, their phone provided for the guests’ support almost never answered, no compensation or excuse for the first night that they forgot to prepare bed for one person and heating problem!

No es que me no me gustase nada, al contrario, por poner algo para mejorar, las luces del baño del espejo e inodoro estaban fundidas y estaría bien tener algo para poder calentar la leche. Pero insisto es por poner un "pero", porque nos ha encantado.

وصلت متاخر والوصف في الدخول الذاتي غير صحيح والشخص الذي نتواصل معه غير مهتم ولم يعطينا اي اهتمام، والشقة في عمارة قديمة جداً وبعض المفارش غير نظيفة، وانا معي عائلة والصور الموجوده بالوصف ليست لنفس مدخل الشقة والشخص الذي نتواصل معه لم يبالي ولم يهتم، و وجدنا الشقة باجتهاد منا بعد ان جربنا المفاتيح بعدة شقق، لا انصح بالتعامل معهم. وإجراءات التسجيل معقدة وكانك داخل مكان حساس لدرجة ان يطلب بالتسجيل صورة شخصية لك غير صورة الجواز وطلبات غير منطقية ابداً. مجملاً لا انصح بالسكن فيها نهائياً بسبب إجراءات الدخول واسلوب الموظفين الغير مبالين وغير مهتمين، وانا عضو قديم ببوكنج واعرف عن ماذا اتحدث.
