Good stay with small car

Room is stylish and spacious. Near como city centre. WiFi is good

Parking is too small for big car. My rented car crashed a little with the door. Staff speak slowly and maybe better

Fabulous place, had a wonderful stay!

Everything - from the check-in experience to the location to the cleanliness - everything was just fabulous. We had the feel of a three star hotel. The owner personally came to usher us in and describe the amenities. The place was close to downtown, and to all the restaurants and shopping areas close by. Highly recommend this place!

Everything was perfect. One note though - check with the host about how to exit from the main gate before you check out. The host's mom helped us.

Comfortable apartments

The apartments are easy to find, close to Como Lago train station. We were met to get in and had all amenities explained to us. The apartments are well fitted out for a longer stay. We just stayed the night but could easily stay longer for a future visit.

One of the best units and experiences with booking.com

What is not to like. The unit is amazing, the location is great, the communication from alexsadro was great. From the minute i booked he behan communicating to ensure we had all the information we needed. He met is and gave us very detailed information for the init and for Como. Additionally there is a great booklet of information of codes, restaurants etc etc We couldnt have asked for more

Apartment was Soo new and fresh,. Home away from home,. Could easily have stayed a month. Close to water and all activities, and restaurants.

We brought our 23 yr old daughter and they provided a roll away bed, she said her back was sore, not comfortable. Our bed and bedroom was great.

We had the most perfect stay.

Clean, modern, safe . Interior decoration was really good. Very close to the lake and restaurants. Very friendly staff and very accommodating. We loved our stay and we were sad when we where leaving.

Wonderful place

Great location, close to Duomo Piazza with the lake and grocery store < 10 minutes away by walking. Easy to communicate with the host with quick responses. Sergio’s colleague (Alessandro) met us at the property, provided instructions, and gave us recommendations for his fav restaurants. We were able to check in early too! He also helped us figure out the bus schedule from Como to Lenno. A great apt for a family of four. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to come back and stay again in the future.

Excellent location and large bright spacious apartment. Less comfortable bed and bath.

Location was great and apartment was spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. Our host was very friendly and gave us tips about what to do and where to go. Kitchen was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Air conditioning was superb and much needed and appreciated. Toiletries and towels provided. Wide marble staircase and modern glass elevator and access code at front door. Plenty of storage and bright big windows with blinds and screens. Wood flooring throughout. Main bathroom was large and clean and bright.

Beds were very hard and bedding was too light with just a cotton throw. Pillows too high and firm and not enough extra bedding stored in the apartment. Found a duvet for one of us to use as a mattress topper and used rolled up towels and sofa cushions for pillows. Tops of Bookshelves were very dusty and sofas were stained and previous guests toiletries left in cupboard. Only shower was in En-suite and was very dark and small. Ended up using bath tub and shower hose instead. Water changed from hot to cold every few minutes. Really ended up using only the big bathroom as the en-suite was too small and dark and had no storage. Loose manhole cover just outside bedroom/living room meant that it made a loud banging noise every time a car or bike went over it all day and night. Would have been nice to have some salt and pepper and cooking oil stocked in the kitchen, just a suggestion.

Disappointing but good location

Good size, great location, well equipped

Poor quality windows. When windy, the glass are vibrating and you can’t sleep in the room along the road which have no outside shutters. In addition you can hear everything from the street. It’s very surprising that the apartment look renovated and quite modern but windows are from stone ages. The other room, in the small square is more quiet. The temperature of the shower goes from very hot to very cold on and off, very annoying. At this price, one or two coffee capsules would have been nice.

Location was ideal. Near the lake, yet private. The rooms were cosy and beds very comfortable.

The sofa was not very comfortable. No oven in the kitchen. The grill pan did not work with induction. Too expensive for what you get (€300 per night).
