The apartment is very modern, spacious, and well-equipped for both a short and long stay. It is in an excellent location and provides great access to the downtown area and lakefront. Abundance of fresh towels and linens.
The reliance on an app to get your keys was a bit fussy (particularly at checkout), and the decision to put a pullout sofa bed in the one bedroom instead of a regular bed is baffling (not very comfortable). Make sure to read the fine print, as you will get charged a cleaning fee, which we were not expecting (buried at the end).
