Superb location, lake como is magical

Centrally located in a lovely area very close to the lake with easy access to the ferry

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. WiFi was patchy but otherwise great value for money with excellent communication from the management company.

there was no breakfast?

the small toilet had a minor issue making it hard to flush sometimes. also the boiler leaked a little bit. that said, the host tended to the matters in a speedy manner and it was fixed at least for the rest of our stay quite quickly.

Emanuel was amazing he accommodated us with a great apartment right in the centre of town. The furnishing and the beds were perfect, a great size and had everything we needed!

Great apartment in the perfect location in Como. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment. We were a family of 5 and it was perfect for us. Kitchen very well equipped. Great to have a coffee machine! Tiny little balcony off one of the bedrooms was lovely for coffee in the morning . No lift but only up 2 flights of stairs. It was a beautiful building. Aircon & WiFi good and hot water in showers . Very easy and friendly communication with Emanuele to get keys and details of check out. Perfect location. Right beside the Cathedral and only a couple of mins down to the lake . Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment or location. Great few days in Como .

The location is superb, the unit is complete of all what we nees during our stay. It is pricey because of the location.

No elevator, because of our huge luggages, but i think it is normal in Italy no elevator.

Very clean, updated, comfortable beds & location outstanding, but ask for good directions to place.

The location was perfect, in the heart of excellent walking distance for shops, dining, church, boats, etc.

It was very difficult to locate at first and obtain keys, also parking was not convenient. We had to ask for toilet paper, which the host did run out to purchase, but they didn't seem to be on point w/necessary toiletries.

Jó helyen lévő apartman, rugalmas tulajdonos, viszont nagyon hideg van,, fűtéssel spórol- sajnos.

A helyszín nagyon jó volt, közel mindenhez, 2. emeleten található, de sokkal több lépcső és a lépcsőfokok is magasabbak az átlagosnál, aki nem tud lépcsőzni annak nehézséget okoz, az ne válassza ezt a szállást.

a lakásban 16 fok volt, amikor szóltunk a szállásadónak, hogy nagyon hideg van, az utcán 0 fok, akkor felmelegedett 19 fokig, attól feljebb nem, de nem soká ismét 16 -17 fokra csökkent a szobai hőmérséklet. Valószínű távműködtetésű a fűtésszabályozás /telefonról/. 3 napot voltunk, Első nap mikor megérkeztünk akkor felvette a fűtést, akkor kellemes volt, nemsoká kezdett lehűlni, reggelre 16 fok volt. Kabátban és sapkában voltunk a lakásban, szóltunk és akkor azt mondta a tulajdonos, probléma van a fűtéssel de fel is kapcsolta, azután ismét lekapcsolt, és ismét 16,2 fokra esett a hőmérséklet, már nem szóltunk mert pár óra múlva utaztunk el, addig az elektromos sütővel befűtöttünk. Vicces volt és kellemetlen. Aki nem bírja a hideget az ide ne menjen. Mellékelek egy pár képet
