Beautiful apartment in great location

The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and bright with beautiful views of the rooftops from the windows. The location is excellent as well as it's close to some lovely coffee shops, restaurants and shops, plus an easy walking distance to the train station and the water front. It had everything we needed for the week we stayed. The host was very quick at replying to my messages and the information given was helpful and informative.

The penthouse is perfect for big groups (up to 8 persons)! It is spacious and very clean. The beds and pillows are really comfortable! Also the location is perfect! We will stay again if coming in Como.

A great apartment in a great location

The property was well kept and had good facilities. The beds were comfortable and furniture was good. The location was good in the middle of Como.

When I had questions about finding things or very minor queries it would have helped to have the phone number to contact directly rather than on booking.com

Beautifully appointed perfect for families or groups

The layout and location were superb. Large rooms that would suit a family or groups of people - separate kitchen and lounge means you could easily have two groups there without getting in each other's way too much. It's located in the main block of buildings that make up Como on the lake, so it's a short 5-10 minute walk to the lake side or the same to the train station. Very clean and well appointed. Private elevator to the top floor (it wouldn't go all the way for us on our visit, but we could use it directly from our apartment to go down). Had an issue with the hot water but they were super quick to fix it that day. So many lovely windows and small belconies to view from. We had awful weather, but the apartment was very warm for us.

Apart from the hot water not working immediately and the elevator not going all the way to the apartment's entry, all was good.

Super Lage, leider haben ein paar organisatorische Sachen nicht gepasst.

Es war sehr modern

Leider war kein Wlan Code zu finden, das Reinigungspersonal war bei der Ankunft am Essen in der Wohnung. Ich musste mehrfach die Vermieter kontaktieren.

Świetne dla grupy znajomych

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, blisko do wszystkiego. Samo mieszkanie bardzo duże, rozkładowe więc nikt nikomu nie wchodził na głowę a było nas 8 osób. Czysto, dobre wyposażenie kuchni. W lokalu są 2 łazienki z tym, że jedna znajduje się w sypialni więc to może powodować pewien dyskomfort ale poradziliśmy sobie. Winda dojeżdża do samego mieszkania więc zero problemu z bagażem czy dużymi zakupami. Na dole bary, kawiarnie, niedaleko parking (płatny).
