Host Emanuela was great, very responsive and friendly. Spacious apartment in a good location, air conditioning was a bonus with 30 degree temperatures. Good kitchen, TV with Netflix etc.

Two bathrooms was nice but unfortunately both toilet seats were not attached properly and shifted every time used which was annoying.

Ce mi-a plăcut? Amplasarea apartamentului este excelentă, fiind foarte aproape de centrul orașului Como și de lacul Como. De asemenea, dimensiunea apartamentului este un alt aspect pozitiv.Gazda foarte primitoare si cu multe informatii importante despre sejurul scurt din Como.

Ceea ce a influențat nota și evaluarea mea este faptul că în apartament este foarte frig, cel puțin dacă mergeți în lunile de toamnă, iarnă sau primăvară și sunteți obișnuiți cu o temperatură de 22 de grade. Acolo, nu veți găsi mai mult de 19 grade sau, conform doamnei care administrează locația, 20 de grade. Noi am fost un grup de 5 fete și a fost atât de frig încât am dormit cu veste și geci. Un alt aspect, care nu ține de proprietate, dar e bine de știut, este că noaptea există mult zgomot pe străzile din jurul apartamentului. Deși sunt pietonale, agitația este mare, iar tocurile de lemn ale geamurilor nu ajută. Cu toate aceste dezavantaje, apartamentul este foarte generos

Great, really spacious apartment with beautifully furnished and decorated rooms and a well stocked, equipped kitchen, and every appliance you can think of, located in a nice historic building. Perfect location inside the old town where everything is within walking distance, an endless number of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops but close to parking lots and public transport which is great with luggage and going on trips outside the city. The host is very helpful and nice and provided us with numerous child beds/cots and child seats on request. This really is a place you could live in.

Stairs to get to the apartment, which is very common in historic town centers but worth the climb

Liked 2 bathrooms apartment was clean

72 steps up an old, steep,dingy stone staircase I knew it didn’t have a lift but it was not an easy climb. Courtyard and staircase not inviting or particularly well kept, not good especially in the dark. Was on the higher price side compared to other similar apartments. Glasses and crockery were limited. Contact was poor. Noisy in morning as there is a school across the street
