White House & Como City Views

Lovely spacious apartment with views of the surrounding town and hills. Very good location in walking distance of the lake, old town restaurants, supermarkets and local markets. Exceptional attention to detail by our host Simone, who took care of our transporatiation needs to and from the train station, as well as providing helpful tips about local attractions.

Lovely modern apartment in quiet, safe location within easy walking distance of the old town and Lake Como. Good communication in advance from host (Simone) who met us on arrival to show us the apartment features and provided tips on places to eat and things to do. He really couldn't have been more welcoming and checked in with us periodically to make sure all ok during our stay. Great views from the apartment - there was a spectacular storm one evening and it was amazing watching the lightning bounce around the mountains. The heat was intense during our stay (+36°C every day) so lovely to be able to pop back to the air conditioned comfort of the apartment to rest when needed. Como City is a lovely place to spend a few days, has a calm relaxed vibe, and didn't feel as 'touristy' as some of the other towns we visited on the lake - we would highly recommend it.

Nothing - we liked everything about our stay😍 We appreciated small touches e.g. plenty of handwash in both bathrooms, laundry liquid provided for washing machine (our teenagers needed to wash a few t-shirts!), olive oil/seasonings/coffee pods provided in kitchen.

The property was absolutely beautiful, it had three balconies overlooking the city. All appliances were brand new.
