A perfect place to discover Lake Como !

Even before we arrived we knew we would love this apartment. Monica gave us great tips on where to eat and what to see so we were able to make a couple of reservations ahead of our 3-night stay. The bright and airy apartment was beautifully appointed; the washing and cooking facilities made us feel right at home. Comfortable beds, great showers and soft towels were a luxury. And having 2 bathrooms was ideal for our group of 5. Secure private parking inside Como’s imposing medieval walls added to the enjoyment of retreating to this peaceful and relaxing sanctuary at the end of each day. Monica’s welcome included juice, coffee, water and biscuits, such a lovely touch. She was always available to answer our many questions too. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough; a veritable 5-star experience !

Excellent location and apartment with a wonderful host

Excellent location with private parking and a wonderful host who met us with the keys and showed us around the apartment.

The heating wasn’t working for most of our stay but the apartment was quite cosy to say it was January.

Good place with positive location, however there’s points to consider

Monica was welcoming, kind, and waited for us outside till we entered the facility, the place were clean equipped with all you need literally and all Furniture and machines were new and luxurious. The city is beautiful and apartment location is great and near to center and all good places and restaurants.

Unfortunately we experienced some trouble and you should consider it before rental: - There’s no elevator and apartment in 2nd floor so you need to consider that if you have large number of bags. - There were a construction works at the facility for painting (which we never knew) not to noisy but all windows at front was covered and no air can pass in. - There’s a school very close to the apartment and the kids nosie at morning and all day you can hear. - Wifi connection gave us hard time since it was down for general problem and even when it fixed still capable of good speed and connection. - There’s no free parking at the facility or the area in general if you driving your car you have to pay.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything we needed. The property was impeccable, beautifully maintained, and very well equipped, making it feel just like home. It was a pleasure to meet the host, who was extremely helpful and kind. A truly beautiful home that we would happily return to.

Highly recommend - stunning apartment and great location

Excellent communication throughout with Monica making the check in/out process seamless and she provided lots of useful information on ferry schedules, boat trips and restaurants. The apartment is beautiful - very spacious, airy, modern, secure and clean with an abundance of amenities. The location was excellent, only a short walk to the old town, attractions and waterfront. Highly recommend.

On the edge of old town

Beautiful apartment located right on the edge of old town. Lovely space and great for a grpupf.of friends or family visiting the area. The host provided us with many recommendations and details of the area, which was very helpful for making our stay enjoyable.
