All in all it was a great property and may use again in the future.

The person we met at the property was very helpful and accommodating. He thoroughly explained the entire property and its amenities. He also gave us some helpful hints on getting around the city. He was excellent!

Nice apartment in a busy area

We liked the apartment, it had lots of room and a great balcony.

It was a bit too centrally located for us. it was noisy due to restaurants being open late and buses running by all the time. We prefer a quieter location.

Our juliette balcony was lovely sitting out there. The fridge was clean and good size. Plenty of storage in the bathroom. Good size studio. Sheets were a good quality and fresh. Fantastic position. Refreshing water. Air con was great. Comfortable pillows.

Dull lighting. Dish cloths very dirty and worn. Table runners were both stained and dirty. Old towels ‘looked’ like they hadn’t been washed, although they were clean.

A perfect stay in a perfect location. Highly recommended!

We stayed here with our large family of seven and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—right near the Duomo and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops, all within easy walking distance. We felt very safe in the area and appreciated how clean and well-kept the apartment was. The views from the property were beautiful, adding to the overall charm of the stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. There was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable, and we never felt cramped. It was a great home base for exploring Lake Como, and we would definitely stay here again.

Good central apartment near lots of catering and tourist attractions

Close to everything except railway station 12 minute walk from Como S Giovanni. Advised to get a Taxi but they seemed reluctant to take the fare saying it was only a short walk. Streets laid out on a grid formation just walk straight ahead down the steps through park. You can cut over one block to the right by small church and large trees and then walk to Cathedral The apartment off a small side lane by Cathedral main entrance. Has air conditioning .

Highly recommend just shame about the main bed, needs replacing.

Unfortunately the main bed is not comfortable and extremely noisy when turning over in bed during the night or when just getting on/off the bed.

Very pleasant digs in the centre of one of the most charming neighborhoods in the world.

Spotlessly clean. Marvellous central location. Comfortable with modern fixtures and bedding.

Some noise at night and early morning but not too much for busy town centre. Stairs dark and lower elevator lobby was dingy.

Impossible to sleep due to excessive noise, lakeviews entirely blocked!

Location as discribed, interiors as described, however appartment unfit for living due to unbearable traffic noise

Owner advertised lakeview in winter and with small trees. Now however lakeview is fully blocked by mature trees. Coastline, promenade and plaza also fully blocked since the trees are close to the building. Major 24h traffic route directly below the bedroom windows. Roaring busses made sleeping impossible. Windows are so thin, you can hear people talking in the street. Even the noise from the bypass road on the opposit side of the plaza, beyond the trees is still quite imposing. Large construcion, which is not declared in owner's owner add, directly opposit the bedroom windows. In the morning, construction noise further adds to the excessive noise problem. This appartment is unfit for rental!

They have the split level room, the house theme was cute and the place was clean and comfortable. Easy access to everything. Shoutout to Alessandro for his hospitality everything went well.

The lift was small ony 1 person and a luggage only and very small. If you have a lot of luggages you count how many times you have to do it! It’s tiring though but the place was cute and will take away your tiredness.

Beautiful apartment, great location

The location was close to everything, The Doumo, the restaurants, the supermarket, the lake. Apartment was very large, decor was beautiful, long terrace overlooking the street, where the children played Till late. Felt very much part of the local culture. Unfortunately I needed to shut them at night, becayse it could be a bit noisy late, as I prefer to sleep with fresh air. However totally quiet with terrace doors shut. Manager stayed late for check in when plane was delayed. Assisted with luggage. Organised taxi transfers from airport and to Milan. Was very kind and helpful.

The lounge chair (only 1, though apartment was for 2) was not very Comfortable for sitting round There are 4 small stairs to lift, didn't bother me, but could be a problem for someone with a mobility problem. Just to be aware.

Very fun and entertaining location in Como. And the split level layout of the apartment is cool. The parking is a couple blocks walk, but the route is direct and easy enough

The best place to discover Como

The host is very kind and supportive. location is in the center of como with walking distance to all sightseeing. everything you need in your stay is available in the house. cleaning is outstanding.

Reaching to the house for new visitors to como is a bit difficult specially who using the google map. however, with the help of the host, it will be much easier.
