The host (Daniela) was very friendly and super competent upfront and during our whole stay. We shared our car´s license plate with her before our arrival and she organized an access card from the local authorities so that we were able to drive close to the apartment to unload our luggage. Then she directed us to a safe and clean private parking area for the duration of our stay in Como. (5mins walking distance from the apartment) We spent beautiful days in the romantic city of Como and Daniela kindly shared many helpful recommendations (ferry/restaurants etc.) with us. She really took good care of us and made us feel safe and comfortable. There is even a book full of details available in the apartment which provides possible activities and infos on the area. The apartment is well-located in the city center, very modern and clean and has everything you need. The main entrance to the building is locked with a code and the apartment doors are secured with a heavy door that makes you feel very safe. We chose to stay in the big apartment and enjoyed a very minute of our stay. If you plan to stay in Como city - this is a place we can highly recommend! Thanks again very much to Daniela for her outstanding service!

Mid-July can be very hot and a bit humid at lake Como. So this season might be challenging for elderly travellers (and for the air condition to cope with the heat. ) :-) No complaints about the apartment.

It was on the top floor with an elevator that only fit one person
