Esclusivo 130MQ fronte duomo e lago e terrazza

Appartamento fantastico, posizione centralissima, dal balcone hai la vista sia sul duomo e che sul lago. La casa è grande, noi eravamo in 6 ed era tutto perfetto. L’abbiamo trovata pulita e con il divano letto già aperto, inoltre l’host è stato gentilissimo a venire incontro alle nostre richieste e fornirci tutte le informazioni necessarie. Poi vorrei specificare la presenza della lavastoviglie con già le pastiglie presenti e della lavatrice, il detersivo per piatti e una spugna, lo zucchero, il sale e le cialde per il caffè, la macchinetta Nespresso che abbiamo utilizzato tutto le mattine e il sapone per le mani in tutti i bagni

La struttura potrebbe essere migliorata con veramente due cose irrisorie: l’aggiunta di qualche stoviglie in più siccome noi eravamo in 6 e uno o due erano costretti a bere dalle tazze siccome non c’erano abbastanza bicchieri, e aggiustare le ante o mettere una tenda che copra tutta la finestra per evitare che entri la luce per chi dorme sul divano letto. Difetti facilmente rimediabili che non influiscono sul nostro soggiorno fantastico.

Great location, few minutes walk to the train station and ferry port. Great views from the balcony.

Could have done with a few more towels as we were staying fir 4 nights but just one towel. Its great that theres a washing machine but there wasn't anywhere to dry the washing so perhaps need an airer. The balcony doors dont lock which didnt feel very secure. The shower doors dont meet so water goes everywhere, they need adjusting.

Location is excellent it overlooks the Dumo and the the lake Como and close to everything. Towels and tooth brushes, shampoos and soap were generous and provided. Bed sheets were clean.

It was right in front of the church so it’s noisy with bells ringing every 15 min. A lot of ants in the apartment and up the ceiling were some insects. You have to carry the luggage as the lift doesn’t start before and it was unpleasant. Old building but inside the apartment was renovated. Dark stairs and check in was not easy very weird door lock but at the end it worked.
