Lovely property in a central location. Very helpful and friendly lady, Claudia, met us to check-in. Kitchen was well equipped. Air-conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. Plenty of wardrobe space. Safe area and building.
One person was sleeping on the fold-out sofa in the living room all week and the mattress was quite thin and very soft with hardly any support, so there was back pain as a result. The windows in the living room facing the internal well only had sheers and no blockout curtains or blinds so there was daylight in the space from very early in the morning to late at night (summer time). That window would really benefit from having blackout curtains added or blackout blinds installed.

Upon arrival the staff confirmed a specific time to meet. We arrived 5 min early. They were 45 min late. They didn’t really communicate they were going to be late. They simply replied they were on the way. Very unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work well. A light was flickering in the kitchen. Upon check in we pointed it out. The staff promised someone would come the next day and no one ever came.
