Everything was amazing

Camera check in was the day before day of arrival and by that time we were on a 26 hour flight. If it could have been done 72 hours prior, we would have had internet, camera and laptop. Need more flexibility for the check in process.

EXCELENTE

It was a great location. And outwardly the apartment looked good. The young man who helped us to get a proper ironing board and fixed the tvs so we could watch something. Was exceptional. We had stayed in this complex 3 years ago and were very happy. That’s why we booked here again. But this time the experience was not of the same standard.

1. The bed was uncomfortable as it had a step where the pillow was and there was a dirty blanket under the sheet that we were expected to sleep with it touching us. 2. The cupboards were hard to open as some locks were broken. As well one cupboard did not close. 3. The ironing board was unusual and after asking how to open it. I was sent a YouTube video of a different one. I explained and was told that it followed the same principle but that was incorrect as a few different people tried to open it and failed. 4. The tvs were in German and no Italian channels could be watched.
