Good location but bad feeling / expensive without style nor soul

Location

It looked like a jamboree - lots of furniture lying around without purpose/not their place. In a room, 4 beds and a cot crammed in front of wardrobes, with a mirror and a frame stored in between the wardrobe and the wall. The flat had probably last been refurbished in the 1970s and although the proportions/size was good, it had a feeling of a flat were an aunt had died and quickly turned into an Airbnb. The toilets were old and a sign warned not to throw toilet paper in them. There were signs with “house rules” stuck to the walls in all rooms. Very cold and impersonal.

Best location, close to the lake and plenty of restaurants. Easy check in. Plenty of beds, accomodating a big family. All you need in a kitchen.

The noise coming from a nearby party on Saturday night which did not let us sleep. Also, the apartment feels the need of a renovation.

Great location in the heart of Como

Location was great in the heart of Como city center. Loved the terrace and the amount of space we had for our family of five. Netflix on the tv was an added plus and the host was accommodating letting us check in a bit early after landing from our flight.

The claim of a noise dosimeter that would charge you $250 if you got too loud. I understand you need to be respectful of noise, but the unknown of how loud that was, was a bit nerve racking especially when you have kids with you.

Great central apartment

Fantastic location in the heart of Como. Large apartment, with a lovely terrace and two large double rooms. Small but perfectly equipped kitchen. Air con was great to have! It was very quiet, very comfortable, very convenient. The host was really helpful with the information / check in.

Fantastic location in the old part of Como. The apartment is in a beautiful old noble building close to bar, restaurants and shops. lovely big rooms and open plan kitchen living room.

The 2 shower rooms are in desperate need of a makeover. The bedding and towels need to improve as they were a bit damp.

Ubicado en el centro histórico, el video para ingresar es muy claro. Cómodo y amplio y equipado con todo en la cocina.

Funcionaba solo un baño y éramos dos familias y no nos avisaron con anticipación este problema y habíamos alquilado el departamento específicamente por los dos baños.

Super rapport qualité/peix et location incroyable au centre

Super location au centre ville, impossible de faire moeux comme placement. C'est excellent. Le coté amical du personnel qui est très clair dans les conditions et instructions. Le batiment est un site historique donc très apprécié. Le rapport qualité prix est super ok en considérant l'emplacement. Appartemenr super grand et spacieux. AC dans tous les espaces.

J'ai déjà communiqué à l'établissement que des améliorations doivent être faites urgemment au niveau de la proprété. De plus, c'est malheureux car l'appartement est très grand mais il a besoin d'une renovation urgente specialement au niveau des toilettes et des douches qui sont trop anciennes, mais après en général en Italie c'est partout le cas, les hotels et apparts ont des soucis avec la renovation au vu des immeubles qui sont très anciens. Ultime point négatif, pour les escaliers et le manque d'ascenseur, pour nous les familles avec enfant c'est trop dur de monter avec les poussettes et valises. Donc je pense qu'il faut clairement l'indiquer dans les conditions que pour les familles avec petits enfants c'est trop compliqué. Aussi il faut ajouter un jeu de clés supplémentaires car si on est à plusieurs on doit à chaque fois se coordonner, ce qui n'est pas pratique.

Veldig fornøyd med leiligheten og husverten!

Stort og fint sted. Veldig sentralt. Husverten var veldig hyggelig og responderte raskt selv om vi kom midt på natten. Enkel self-service. Stor leilighet til lav pris. Rolig område. Til tross for at det ikke var privat parkering var det flere parkeringsmuligheter i relativt kort avstand til leiligheten. Området var rolig og bilen var like fin og hel dagen derpå. Leiligheten ligger i et fint område.

Badene var litt for gamle etter min smak. Det ene soverommet har ikke aircondition på samme måte som som f er andre og stuen. Ikke privat parkering.

- Größe und Lage der Wohnung. Diese liegt direkt in der Innenstadt in der Fußgängerzone in einem historischen Haus mit Innenhof und Tor (kein öffentl. Zugang) - Eine Terrasse mit Möbeln lädt zum verweilen ein. Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem gepflegt und sauber. - Preis Leistung hat gestimmt. 4 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder - Zugang mittels Code und Schlüsselkasten

Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Altstadt, die man mit dem Auto nicht betreten darf. Wir hatten einen Van der höher wie 2.10m war (klassische Parkhausgrösse ) aber haben dann Gottseidank einen öffentlichen Parkplatz ergattert.
