The location only

Very disappointing stay. The air conditioning was broken from the moment we arrived, and despite reporting it, nothing was done to fix it. The heat made it impossible to rest, and it ruined part of our holiday. Poor service and lack of care for guests — I would not recommend this place.

A perfect stay in a beautiful location.

This was my second trip to Lake Como, but my first time staying in Cernobbio, which was a great decision. The town is quieter and more beautiful than Como, and the apartment is a clean, spacious, and centrally located gem. It was an easy walk to the lake, ferry, and restaurants, and the bus to Como was just 10 minutes away. The coffee shop downstairs was a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

The beds in one of the rooms was the only downside. They were two single beds pushed together, which tended to separate during the night.

Nice but had issues

It was very spacious and quite comfortable. It was a good location for us.

First, we had problems picking up the keys at a separate location which took so long to find at our transport company charged us considerably more. The apartment had one set of keys for six of us. If someone stayed back in the apartment, they could not exit as the entry door was locked from both sides. The kitchen was quite nice and was supposed to be ready for use. We purchased food to make a breakfast. Our fully furnished apartment had no forks or spoons no forks or spoons anywhere!

Sehr schön eingerichtet, viel Platz und für jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer. Perfekt für Familie mit Anhang, so hat jede Partei seperate Zimmer mit allem. Küche auch super und viel Platz! kleiner Gartenplatz im Erdgeschoss und super Lage, Bus, Fähre, Einkaufen, Restaurant und Shopping in 1-9 Minuten erreichbar.

الشقه نظيفه جداً وواسعه موقف السياره واسع ومميز وآمن قراج من ضمن المبنى يوجد غسالة ملابس

مدخل الشقة كونها بالدور الثالث وعدم وجود مصعد متعب جداً في حمل الحقائب مدخل الشقة مظلم وقديم شبيه بالشقق القديمه غسالة الصحون لاتعمل واخبرتهم بذلك وارسلو فني لاصلاحها ولكنها لم تصلح ولم استفد منها اطلاقاً
