Stunning

The apartment is stunning, modern, clean. Parking is available in the house's yard. Close to Lidl, more restaurants and the lake. Good location to discover the Lake. We loved it. Thanks, grazie mille

One suggestion: the instruction to open and close the door would be similar what I gave from Booking from host because I asked directly from host. Vickeys instructions are good to open the door, but not okay to close door.

Comfy & Great Location

Great location! It is only a 3 minute walk from villa erba. If you are going to como go an event at villa erba it’s a perfect little place. The bed was so comfy, the area was very safe, and the place was clean and cute!

Charming Cernobbio is just that! Everything we needed for our short stay. It was well presented, clean, tidy and comfortable.

The only thing we didn’t like is that we had to leave.

Fab place, fab host and fab apartment

Rolled in later than anticipated and had lost wifi connection en route but managed to make contact with the hosts eventually and Denise arranged to meet me near to the property with the keys: which was superkind of her and a total relief to me. For Villa Erba access (which is where my meeting was) this little apartment is right on the doorstep - a 2m walk down the street. The apartment itself was tidy, clean, quiet and cosy. Excellent sleeps! ;-) zzzz. There's a Lidl 5m walk up the street if you need cheap supermarket access, and I tried the pizza place up the street (1m away) and it was awesome -(I can recommend the Carsi for $7.50). All in all, fabulous hosts who took care of me when I needed it on day 1, and a lovely apartment that I'll be using again next time I'm in Como. [One final tip! if you're coming from/going to Malpensa: don't get out at Como Borghi looking for a taxi - go all the way to Como Lago and hop on the MUCH cheaper lake taxi boat to Cernobbio: you'll save yourself best part of 30 euros: just check the timetable for the boats in advance! ;-) )

no taxis waiting at Como Borghi as standard! Had to nip into the local taverna and ask the owner to phone me one. Also - don't depend on the wifi on the trains if you're on Android like I was (although my phone is old too).

Pobyt był bardzo udany!

Obiekt w pięknej, bezpiecznej lokalizacji. Atutem był parking na dziedzińcu. Apartament bardzo przytulny, dobrze wyposażony. Można się wyspać, ponieważ od strony dziedzińca jest bardzo cicho.

Trochę za mało wieszaków w szafie ;)

Hartstikke goed uitgerust appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien en met afgeschermde parkeerplaats Perfecte ligging voor diverse uitstapjes in de regio. Net om de hoek een bakkerij met overheerlijke broodjes, gebakjes en mogelijkheid om te lunchen.

Erg goed

Het appartement was echt fijn en het verbaasde mij hoeveel dingen en spullen er in het appartement aanwezig waren (tosti ijzer, mixers, koffiezetapparaat, wasmachine, enz.) de locatie van het appartement was ook fijn alles zat rondom, winkel op 5 minuten lopen. Como meer op 5 minuten lopen en op een centrale plek voor bushaltes om wellicht naar de volgende stad te gaan. Wat mij echt verbaasde was dat er een parkeerplaats bij de accomodatie zit de ingang is wellicht wat klein maar je komt er wel doorheen. Parkeerplaatsen genoeg! Wij kwamen om 09:00 aan en de incheck was pas 15:00 wij hebben de eigenaar een appje gestuurd en konden eerder naar binnen. Dat was super fijn!

Het bed was opzich prima, het is een IKEA bed en de rest van de accomodatie was super. Het bed kan wellicht nog geüpgrade worden. Geen normaal bestek, vork, lepel, mes ( al het andere keukengerei wel)

Bello l’appartamento, letto molto confortevole, ambiente pulito e comodo ai servizi ,

Abbiamo perso tempo e creato ansia per non essere riusciti ad entrare in casa per mancanza di comunicazione tempestiva inoltre la porta non si è più potuta chiudere a chiave creandoci ulteriore stress dovendo lasciare la casa incustodita !!! Manca la posateria

Perfect verblijf, jammer van de communicatie.

The appartment was great! We loved it. Nice and clean rooms, a lot of space, a coffee machine, washmachine and a clean bathroom.

De communicatie met de eigenaresse. We hadden een parkeerplek op het terrein, maar de afstandbediening voor de poort was niet aanwezig, waardoor we de hele week op straat betaald hebben moeten parkeren. Ik heb 4x contact gezocht, maar geen gehoor. Daarnaast vroeg ik ook om een kinderstoel, ik kreeg 1x antwoord, maar er werd geen actie ondernomen.

Apartement an ruhiger Lage

Das Apartement verfügt über alles was notwendig ist und ist soweit auch sauber. Es liegt ruhig aber doch ist das Zentrum in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch die Bushaltestelle und die Schiffanlegestelle sind schnell erreichbar

Einfahrt in Innenhof sehr herausfordernd eng. Kein direkter Kontakt zu Vermieter. Alles wird online gemacht. Auch das Türschloss wird per Handy geöffnet. Achtung es muss Internet zur Verfügung stehen.

Una agradable estancia.

El departamento estaba en una buena ubicación. Muy limpio y con todas las cosas necesarias para una estadía incluso más larga que la nuestra. Destaco el detalle de dejar jabón para el lavarropas y el lavavajillas para una vez. Suficiente para quienes vamos por pocos días. El complejo tiene estacionamiento pero hay que tener en cuenta, como aclaran los propietarios, que la entrada y los lugares son estrechos para camionetas o coches grandes.

El acceso al departamento con una combinación de 11 números que nos mandaron para ingresar no fue fácil. Teníamos que ir con los números anotados en un papel porque encima de noche no había luz suficiente afuera. Un vecino nos ayudó con el portón de entrada al complejo. Este sistema nunca lo habíamos visto en otros departamentos. Cada vez que llegábamos a la puerta del departamento teníamos que colocar todos los números. Ese tema fue lo único que puedo notar como negativo.

L'emplacement est optimal. Tout ce qu'il faut est proche.

Les clefs sont à aller récupérer dans une boîte à clefs éloignée de l'appartement, impossible sans voiture. Pas de café dans l'appartement. La communication n'est pas du tout aisée avec les propriétaires.
