Great spot, a lot of space, more than everything we needed was there, perfectly clean.

It did not make any difference to us, but people who will choose this excellent accommodation should be aware that there is no elevator.

A cosy stay

This cosy appartment had everything that we needed for a short stay. Our priority was quiet neighborhood, further from the main streets so we could hear birds and not cars. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everywhere in the appartment was tidy and clean. And smelled nice, not too intence. The balcony is a huge bonus in this appartment because the view is stunning. I highly recommend this place for future visitors.

Perfect for a short stay in Lake Como.

The host was proactive in sending all the information I needed, and was quick to respond when I needed to call him (having misread the info he'd sent). Great apartment and within easy walking distance to Villa d'Este etc.

Driveway and parking are a little prohibitive on space, but as long as you don't have a massive car you'll be fine!

as I was told apartment I’d just after the renovation it does look much better than on pictures! Appartment is spacey with a living room& kitchen, wardrobe, bathroom and bedroom with a cute balcony that faces Como lake! also it has a small desk for work in bedroom. location is great as you don’t need to climb on a hill from the Main Street. just a couple of minutes from main attractions in Cernobbio and bus stop. host is really welcoming. great value for money, definitely recommend!

nothing to be honest there were comments about the third floor, but hey, it’s Italy, Como lake where everything is on the hills in old buildings. didn’t bother me at all

Great location with a stunning view over the city and lake. Nice furniture and decoration, lots of space and a great walk in closet. Plus free parking directly in front of the property. Also good and easy service from Msrco, including video instructions.

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, zentrale Lage, guter Kontakt zum Gastgeber, gepflegtes Haus

Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass aufgrund der zentralen Lage Straßenlärm zu hören ist. Und die Ausstattung mit Geschirr ist eher sparsam.
