Very beautiful place with balcony and private parking

The host Alex is very kind and responsive, welcomed us to the house. The car can be parked in a closed yard at no extra charge. The beds were very comfortable, we lay asleep just like at home.

We regret that we could not stay longer. There is no kettle and iron for clothes, cooking pans need to be replaced as they have been scratched, so we did not use them.

Fabulous location. Quiet building with lift. Apartment has character and a view from the little balcony. Very clean, large comfortable bed and good towels. I would stay again great base for exploring the lake and short walk to the bars and restaurants

Bring teabags!

Lovely airy spacious central apartment and very pleasant host Georgio. Overall, I recommend this apartment. And the photos don't do it justice - it's much nicer, especially the ultra modern bathroom with fab shower

It's a 2 bed apartment but the second bed wasn't made up (there was an assumption that because we were just 2 guests that we would be sharing a room - not!) Absolutely no pantry items such as tea, coffee, oil, sugar, salt in the (immaculate) kitchen. The inclusive Italian breakfast (small capuchino and pastry) is in a pleasant cafe in town but not worth the effort, I think... Lots of local noise at all hours, especially noisy mopeds and competing bells!

Spacoius and cosy appartment in an older building, just a short walk to the lake, lake and park view, very welcoming and nice host. Free coffee and croissant in the near pasticceria. Free and safe private parking even for larger cars.

It was extremely hot during our stay, an air conditioner would be necessary. No elevator.

Gut und sehr zentral, aber viel zu teuer

- sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber - sehr Zentrale Lage, 5 min. Gehweg bis zum See/Hafen - Parkplatz enthalten, direkt nebenan

- da das Apartment direkt an der Straße liegt, ist es bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut, auch nachts - schlechte Ausstattung, in der Küche gibt es nur das allernötigste sowie z.B einen einzigen Geschirrspültab. Für den Preis absolut ungenügend - die Matratzen waren so hart, dass wir alle Rückenschmerzen bekamen - das Sofa ist sehr klein und unbequem - insgesamt war es sauber, die Dusche jedoch war sehr verkalkt und teils rostig Alles in allem, sehr zentral und ein schönes Apartment, aber absolut kein Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir sind deutlich früher abgefahren, ein Angebot dementsprechend den Preis anzupassen gab es vom Gastgeber leider nicht

Bon séjour au lac de Côme.

L’emplacement, proche du centre et du port. La vue du petit balcon sur lac et parc. La literie excellente même si les lits jumeaux sont trop étroits pour des adultes (80 cm). Ascenseur et place de parking. Hôtes sympathiques.

Juste une lampe de chevet dans la chambre 2 lits. Ménage pas très bien fait (poussière au sol et sur les meubles, et frigo sale). Peu d’ustensiles cuisine.

Super Lage, die Gastgeber waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten alles, was wir für unseren Zwischenstopp brauchten.

Lieder konnten wir erst abends um 18 Uhr in unsere Wohnung, da sie vorher nicht fertig war. Wir haben eine halbe Stunde lang auch niemanden erreicht, der uns was sagen konnte. Die Wohnung war nicht sehr sauber, vor allem der Fußboden und die Küche.

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut und ruhig. Man konnte alles in sehr kurzer Zeit erreichen.
