far from the centre but comfortable and affordable

I rented 3 apartaments - in order to provide better comfort, the owner gave us additional one so our group spent our time in a huge comfort, that was really kind, thank you one more time. The apartaments are huge, spacious, fully equipped. The area is safe, there are shops and bars nearby.

the location - it's far from the centre (but everyone who wants to rent this place, sees the location on the map so it's a fact, not a disadvantage ;) it was quite cold - there were duvets and blankets but generally the temperature in the bedroom was 19 - take a warm pyjamas, then you will be okay ;)

Good for a short stay but be aware about lack of A/C

Apartment was clean, quite big and well equipped (inc. coffee, plates, glasses, iron, etc.) Wi-Fi was very fast (over 600 mbps).

No air conditioning is the biggest disadvantage. It takes 30 minutes by a walk to get to the center or the train center, but you can also try to take a bus. A coach in the living room was dirty and needs replacement. Check-in until 19:30.

Nice hosts, great communication and location, but there are shortcomings with cleanliness.

Very friendly hosts who were constantly in touch. Bright apartment and quiet street. Nearby supermarket, bus stop. There is a hairdryer and iron.

Dusty floor and no blankets. We were with children and had to cover them with an extra towel. Very stained sofa, it was uncomfortable to sleep on. One of the sheets was also stained. Very noisy when neighbors walk along the corridor at night. No mosquito nets on the windows (hot and stuffy at night, and the window cannot be opened because of mosquitoes).

We were very happy with the apartment and felt that it was good value.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. We loved the bed which was really comfortable and good pillows/bedding were used. The kitchen had everything we needed including a toaster and kettle. On arrival we were met by Kiara who was lovely and very helpful. She followed up by sending me some useful information on WhatsApp and also gave us a tourist map of Como, which we used a lot.

The only small negative is that there is nowhere for a taxi or car to stop outside the property for unloading suitcases etc. The driveway area could not be used as there was a chain across it. On the day we left we had to wheel our cases 100m down the road in front of the local butcher’s shop so that the taxi could stop outside there.

Beautiful apartment very comfortable

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable beds, washing Mashine, big tv, beautiful place!

We have a Motorhome I called ahead of time to make sure there was parking and I was told yes but when we got there they said no. We had to go park the Motorhome and carry all the clothes etc to the apartment which wasn’t pleasant after a 7hr drive 😊. Place was beautiful, streets were very narrow.

It was a very pleasant stay, especially with the hospitality of the host, Carola is a very polite and kind host which I very much appreciate, if you’re looking for an apartament in great location this is the right choice! We walk to the center of Como everyday, it was not even that far and we enjoyed every walk towards the lake/center, the apartament is spacious and comfortable, the only thing missing is the ac, but maybe in the future this will improve, other things than that were perfect. I recommend Carola to everyone, since she gave us much pro tips of what to do in the area, thanks! :)

Very recommendable accommodation if you are happy not being too central and happy to walk for 25 min

The cleanliness, the cold water in the fridge upon arrival, the fan I had requested. Very comfy bed and quiet surroundings.

There needs to be a notice by the switch in the wall in the kitchen that indicates that it controls the hot water boiler. We switched this off by accident and had no hot water. But Kiara immediately responded and helped solve the problem very efficiently. Thanks again Kiara!

The location is great but for tourist visitors could be a bit far from Como Centro specially with not alot of taxis / Uber in the neighborhood Would suggest the following Adding 2 more pillows to the bed Paper tissues in room No A/C in the room could be of discomfort in the summer Adding a seating sofa / love seat would great Long standing iron board Nevertheless it's a great place.

Je kunt niet met de auto voor de deur komen, uitladen op een drukke weg, net na een bocht. Totaal niet overzichtelijk.

Drăguț, dar a fost sub așteptări

Apartamentul este spațios și luminos, cu balcon și toată aparatura și obiectele necesare. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă și ne-a întâmpinat la sosire, oferindu-ne toate informațiile necesare.

Apartamentul era destul de departe de centrul istoric, cam la 30 de minute de mers pe jos. Un alt minus ar fi lipsa unui aparat de aer condiționat, deoarece era foarte cald când am ajuns noi în Como.

Ruime kamer, schoon en compleet. Gastvrouw was erg behulpzaam met geven van informatie over de omgeving.

Ligt wat verder van het centrum, maar is te lopen. Parkeren kan lastig zijn om een plekje te vinden.

помешкання дуже комфортне , є все необхідне, шампуні, гелі, фен для сушіння волосся, праска, пральна машина, постільна білизна, рушників навіть більше чим ми потребуваоюли, це дуже важливо особливо для дівчат, зручна шафа.

Хороше розташування, до центру до озера, поруч є дуже класний бар Osteria Grandoni, а також супермаркет Esselunga.
