Casa Anzi

Bardzo przestronny apartament (z wyodrębnioną garderobą!). Wyposażony we wszystko, co było nam potrzebne. Bardzo cicha i spokojna okolica. Cudowna kawiarnia/bistro, gdzie można zjeść zarówno śniadanie jak i lunch. Do katedry około 10 minut. Szczególnie mocno doceniam i jeszcze raz dziękuję wspaniałemu personelowi, który wspierał nas w każdym momencie pobytu.

Jedynie pewne trudności ze znalezieniem apartamentu 🙂

The apartment was spacious and the terrace was a great size. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to local shops and about a 10/15 mins walk to Como town. Loved the addition of the hammock on the terrace!

Nothing it had everything we needed

The apartment is lovely - really well stocked (including nice shower gel and shampoo), a comfy bed, comfy seating and everything you could need in the kitchen. The terrace was the best part for us - a peaceful oasis that allowed us to relax and unwind with morning coffee or a drink after dinner.

We were extremely disappointed by the inaccurate information provided regarding the property's address. After arriving at the address listed on Booking.com, we spent approximately 25 minutes searching for the accommodation, only to discover that it was not there. I then checked our WhatsApp conversation and found a message from the host containing a completely different address. Following those instructions, we walked another 20 minutes back toward the city center to a location with a reception desk. Once there, the receptionist informed us that we were at the wrong place because the address sent via WhatsApp belonged to a different accommodation. She apologized for the confusion, provided the correct address, and advised us not to rely on Google Maps because it would lead us to the wrong location. We then had to walk yet another 20 minutes to reach the property, following photos provided as guidelines. After a considerable amount of unnecessary walking and confusion, we finally found the accommodation. The pillows were disappointing. No mirror and previous guests had already mentioned this issue, yet it appears that no improvements have been made. The bathroom was generally acceptable, but the cleanliness of the toilet was a major disappointment. The visible limescale and persistent stains gave the impression that it had not been cleaned thoroughly. This is something that could be easily improved with proper cleaning products and maintenance. Initially, despite the address confusion and the bathroom issue, I would still have considered giving this property a rating of 7 or 8 out of 10. However, my impression worsened when I received a WhatsApp message encouraging me to rate the property 10/10. Guest ratings should reflect each person's genuine experience, and I do not appreciate being told what score I should give for a service that I paid for.
