Was good, bit as we coffee lovers, moldy coffee makar was a hudge disappointment.

Localisation, design, clear instructions

Mole in the coffee maker, is for 6 person, but in reality it would be very uncomfortable for 6. We were 3, and only 2 people could have privacy (and only one separate bedroom).

Great property for groups!

The property was a great find and easy to access! We’ll be sure to book again in the future. We like how we have a bigger space to cook and hang out instead of in a hotel

Beautiful and spacious

The apartment is very spacious and in an excellent location. It was very clean too.

We experienced a bad storm and rainwater seeped through a few windows. Also tv control was not working.

It was worth it, we enjoyed our stay in the property and will definitely recommend it.

The location is perfect! Very close to the center, a lot of restaurants and coffeehouses in the area of property. The apartments is very comfortable, there are living room with double bad, big bedroom with another double bed and a small room upstairs with 2 single beds, so it is was super suitable for our family of 5. There is a big kitchen with all necessary stuff including washing machine. I recommend this property.

It was a little complicated to do online check because a lot of information needed about every traveler. U must proceed with online checking in order to get a password that opens the apartment door. I prefer more simple way of approaching the property.

Great facility and location

The address given on the site was 2 via rodari. This was not where front entrance door and key was. It was at 53 can't remember street/plaza name was but it wasn't 2 via Rodari it was 60 metres away around the corner. Tv was average.

Excellent location Very spacious apartment Clean Although a little complicated to get in there were comprehensive instructions The positives outweighed the negatives but there are still improvements to be made

Delays in communication Beds quite hard No where to put rubbish so accumulated in our kitchen (I did message to ask with no response ) Electric tripped one evening and it was quite stressful to get hold of someone and find out how to sort it out, we had to go outside of the apartment clock and gain access to an external fuse box, initially the representative didn’t know the code to get the key so this created delays. The apartment although a great size needed more kitchen equipment- only one large saucepan, more sharp knives needed. A few things needed sorting- couple of ply sockets don’t work, one of the bedroom doors wouldn’t shut properly It would have been nice if there had been a courtesy message the day after checkin (I am a host myself) I had messaged to check there were 2 showers and was told there were, although the room with the bath had a hand held shower head it did not have a proper overhead shower.

If it wasn’t for guests coming out we would have not gained entry to our apartment. We were not sent the link that would allow us past the main entrance to gain access to our own apartment. (Even though I completed the checking in process) The person responsible for doing this did not send me the link for the FRONT DOOR!!!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS AT ALL ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ I spent 1.5 hours helping one family who struggled to follow the links to gain access and after this time I got them safely into their apartment- like us a family of 6 with ELDERLY travelers as well!! I got them into their apartment at 01:15!!! ⚠️⚠️🥹 I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO SCRAED AT 9pm THINKING I HAD BEEN SCAMMED- LIKE THE OTHER GUESTS AS WELL!! WHILE I TRIED TO GAIN ACCESS FOR MY OWN FAMILY!! ⚠️ I paid far too much for this accommodation and I will never return to somewhere that simply couldn’t care less ABOUT their guests! THIS PERSON SHOULD BE SACKED IMMEDIATELY! This happened 2/3 times a day with other families!!! I requested another set of keys- nope!! There was no accommodating on their part at all. I am not even going to rate the property because the truth is- no matter how nice it is on the other side- if you CANT GAIN ACCESS THEN WHATS YOUR ALTERNATIVE!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Please DO NOT book this apartments!!!

We liked the apartment and it had everything we needed for a nice stay.

Liked smart tv to watch American shows, air condoning, location, washer, and having room for 3 adults to spread out. Also, first place that we’ve stayed that had such good instructions about his yo use the home.

Communications a little difficult checking in (no way to correct passport information on my own). Trouble getting into main door upon arrival.

Good location, but the property manager were not available to resolve issues. No AC was available

There was no one available to help us on arrival. The instructions were not clear and no one was available by phone. It took us 1 hours to get in late at night. We saw other guests of Wonderful Italy having the same issues during our stay.

Better availability to help get into the property and resolve the heater being on.

terrible place terrible……

We didn't like anything at all!

we entered the apartment and it was extremely warm and stuffy! after a while we found out that the underfloor heating was on! I sent an email to the owner, but he didn't answer me! Then I sent an SMS, but again I didn't get a response! it was so hot that we couldn't sleep! we slept with the windows open so there was air in the room! Another thing!!!!!! the bathroom was all in water after you took a shower. The owner didn't answer that either! terrible place!

Location was close to the port, And Nearby bus station . Station 10mins by car. So many shops and restaurants. Very spacious. Good for group of 3 adults. Not good for family with children though.

Check in was complicated.🥲 we couldn’t open the door ! We checked in late.⏰ One shower only , Although there were two bathrooms, this not practical for big group. No hand bidet.

A big thank you to Liliana — she’s a fantastic host! The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and the entire place felt fresh and welcoming. Muito confuso as informações de chegada. Falaram que era pra eu abrir um aplicativo pra entrar na primeira porta da acomodação. E a informação estava errada. Tive que ficar ligando pra um call center as 23hs, no frio, e demorou muito pra eu ser atendida. Quase fiquei na rua ou tive que procurar um hotel. Até que consegui contato e o que era pra ser feito pra acessar a porta do edifício era totalmente diferente.

Es un apartamento con todo lo necesario. La ubicacion es perfecta y tranquila.

Hacia muchisimo calor. Es cierto que indican que no tiene aire acondionado pero incluso abierto y con ventiladores se hacia insoportable. Por otro lado el chek-in es bastante complicado. Se agradece en estas ocasiones sencillez a la hora de entrar.

La sola cosa che mi sento di dover precisare è che l’appartamento si trova ZTL quindi non si può arrivare con la macchina nelle vicinanze. Qualche problema con il link per l’apertura della porta del palazzo ma risolto molto velocemente.

Pobyt bardzo udany, miejsce godne polecenia, na pewno chcemy wrócić do Como.

Lokalizacja w samym centrum, 3 min spacerkiem do jeziora Como, 1 min do starówki, w pobliżu mnóstwo restauracji, sklepów itd. Apartament bardzo przestronny i komfortowy, idealny dla 8 osób. Wszystko nowe, zadbane, czyste i schludne.

Jedyny minus za brak podstawowych przypraw typu sól i pieprz, poza tym wszystko było idealne.
