L'emplacement est parfait, en plein centre ville, à cote de la cathédrale . L'appartement est très propre, la literie est bonne, les équipements sont nombreux.
La récupération des clés est un peu compliquée et les explications ne correspondaient pas à ce qu'il fallait faire sur place, mais c'est un détail car tout s'est bien passé. Pour l'appartement 7, il faudrait préciser que l'accès se fait en utilisant la petite clé de l'ascenseur

There was no one available to help us on arrival. The instructions were not clear and no one was available by phone. It took us 1 hours to get in late at night. We saw other guests of Wonderful Italy having the same issues during our stay.
Better availability to help get into the property and resolve the heater being on.
