The location is great, near the city centre and the lake. The building is a historical one but renovated to today's standards.
The check-in process could be better; the instructions are sent via messages on booking.com and they contain some urls which are obfuscated and one of these urls is needed to unlock the main door

There was no one available to help us on arrival. The instructions were not clear and no one was available by phone. It took us 1 hours to get in late at night. We saw other guests of Wonderful Italy having the same issues during our stay.
Better availability to help get into the property and resolve the heater being on.
