Palazzo Odescalchi by Wonderful Italy

Air conditioning worked great, extremely spacious, enough privacy for everyone, clean, and great location!

Horrible communication about getting into the apartment (and never replied to a question 2 weeks prior to our stay until the day before our arrival). We got a link prior to our arrival on that day, but the link was removed before 3:00 when we were told we could arrive. We sent messages through booking.com and got NO COMMUNICATION about getting the link reset. Fortunately we called booking.com and they were able to resend an email with the link provided to get into the apartment. We checked out 2 days ago and still have not got any communication from the owners through booking.com. The WiFi only works in the living room/common area. There is nowhere to put a suitcase except on the floor. Towels for the kitchen were not provided, so we used bath towels. We had the bare minimum amount of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms. It would be nice to have extra keys or another way to enter since there were 5 of us and we were not always together.

the shower was horrendous, likely the worst i have seen in any hotel/aibnb/booking.com. I am a US traveler and payment instructions were sent in Italian. I had to ask for US payment instructions and when I paid the city tax, they didn't have a my payment on record, i had to prove that i paid. check in process was complicated and since we arrived at night there was nobody to assist us. Great apartment, but logistics difficult.

There was no one available to help us on arrival. The instructions were not clear and no one was available by phone. It took us 1 hours to get in late at night. We saw other guests of Wonderful Italy having the same issues during our stay.

Better availability to help get into the property and resolve the heater being on.
