Palazzo Odescalchi by Wonderful Italy

The apartment was large and spacious, and the location was great.

Our apartment had a private elevator, if this was on the instructions manual it would have saved us 3 hours of waiting to enter as the front door was inaccessible because the cleaner had used the deadlock which we did not have a key. The staff where very slow to provide us with this information and we got it by chance cause someone else was on the phone with another similar problem. Also the blinds for the bathroom are completely transparent with the lights on at night and it is within view of the adjacent apartment.

The apartment is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and lightly. The kitchen is well equipped. Really enjoyable stay. Location is perfect, just behind the cathedral. We had 1 full day of heavy rain so we had to spend some time in the apartment and we really enjoyed it. Collection of the keys is easy if you have the information sent by the managing company at hands.

I cannot remember anything I did not like. Parking is not easy in that area, better to find a place outside the centrum, walking distance of 5 minutes from the apartment.

For the price no much. Just the location it’s in the center of Como.

I’ve tried to contact the property several times also through the chat of booking but they never replied. I asked 4 times questions about the parking and nobody ever replied. We arrived during an event and the city was complete blocked and couldn’t find parking anywhere. Would have been nice if they would have Told us and helped our stay. Also no follow up , never got a respond just the automatic responses with the codes.
