It was lovely and well appointed. Great location. Third floor narrow staircase so a little tricky with heavy bags..

It was lovely. No complaints. Communication could have been a little better.

Loved the location and the space of the apartment. Clear directions to the apartment from the lock box

There could have been basic supplies like salt, sugar etc. The number of stairs could have been made clear.

The location

The ridiculous checkin process, finding the key in a lock box at a different location and being given multiple instructions consisting of links, photos and wordy instructions. We were not prepared to take photos of ourselves holding up our passports and submit these to an unknown website as part of the checkin process. We were not told about this until after the payment had been taken out or we would have cancelled.

المضيف لم يكن متعاون لدرجة كانت ترفض وضع الحقائب و الانتظار خارج العقار . علماً بأننا أبلغناهم بأن رحلة الوصول كانت صباحاً . وبقينا خارج بحقائبنا حتى الساعه 3 م ونحن موجودين من 7 ص . وتأخرت في تسليمنا .. كان اسلوبها غير إنساني تماماً. علماً كان احد المعلقين في الموقع من استراليا ، تقول بأنها استقبلتها مبكراً علماً بأنه ليس وقت الدخول . لكن نحن لم نلقا نفس الحفاوة والانسانيه ذاتها .. لن اعيد التجربه معهم حقيقة .
