Completely Misleading and Totally Disappointing- Would not recommend staying here

The property was centrally located to many shops, restaurants and ferry.

This property did not meet our expectations. The photos online make the apartment appear stylishly minimal and rustic, but in reality it looks more like a poorly decorated college dorm. The bathroom was especially disappointing — the shower is gross, and the wooden planks inside it look like they have mold. The “living area” is barely functional: just a tiny couch and a TV sitting on top of a coffee table. We also didn’t realize this is actually a residential building, not a true hotel, so you don’t get any type of hotel experience. It feels much more like an Airbnb, which is on me for not catching that in the booking. To make things more inconvenient, you have to walk to a completely different building to pick up the keys from a lockbox. Aside from the location, there was truly nothing we enjoyed about this stay. We would not recommend this property.

Uncomfortable bed, lack of furnishings in the apartment (entry way and bathroom) hooks, only one couch, and cold apartment (heat wasn’t turned on).

Great location with room for improvement.

The location was excellent! This was the main reason for our booking, alongside the space that the apartment offered. Neither of these aspects disappointed us! You couldn’t ask for a better spot! Unlike other apartments in Como, this one is set-back from the main roads, hidden in a quiet corner away from the crowds and the early morning bin collection and restaurant delivery vans.

The bathroom has room for improvement. The shower especially smelt a bit damp and the wooden flooring was loose and rocked when you stood on it. The floor in the bathroom has water damage and had been hastily covered by a table - although not critical to our stay, it did contribute to a feeling of a lack of care and cleanliness. The lighting was terrible and appeared to be unfinished? To be honest we weren’t sure if it was safe to use.

It was a nightmare. They were not accommodating and not tourist friendly.

1. The process is complicated, to get the key from another building few blocks away to the property. It's hard for tourists with luggages, why can't the keys be within the property or on the same building? 2. The photos online does not reflect to the actual condition of the apartment. It was not kept well. From damaged ironing board, to uncleaned and dusty fan, poor indoor lighting and the like. 3. Worst, this morning. It's torrential down pour and the location at Piazza Alessandro Volta is flooded. We asked help to the Rent All Como WhatsApp, for alternatives to return the keys and if they can book taxi for us. None of those was rendered, instead they replied they cannot control the weather. Overall, the worst experience during our holiday in Italy, I won't recommend this place to others!

It’s a clean and fancy room.

We had 5 people in total and they only left 2 toilet paper rolls. I asked them for more because we are staying 3 nights in total and obviously it’s not enough. But they said you should go buy papers yourself. Also, I didn’t come for doing a “escape room”. I have to go to different location to pick up the key and all the instruction was long sentence and very very annoyed. I came for holiday not for solving the programs. And they ask private information so many times on line was also very annoyed.

Fantastic location and updated in Como Town’s Piazza Alessandro Volta

The location was perfect. Right in piazza Alessandro Volta. Walk out the door and ten restaurants right in front of you. Walking distance to everything you’d want to do in como town. Nice to have a private outdoor space. For some reason I understood the terrace to be facing out towards the water. It wasn’t. But still nice to have. The main bedroom bed was a king though quite hard. Our three kids had a double pull out sofa bed and they brought a single sofa bed in. They weren’t very comfortable for them but there was a lot of space on the main living area/kitchen for them to at least spread out and have room. Very responsive property manager. We had an AC leak and they were out to fix it right away!

Beds weren’t comfortable. Bathroom was big and updated but quite dark.

Beautiful apartment with charm, well appointed and great location. Loved it.

The apartment was a great size in a lovely building accessed off a fabulous piazza with wine bars and restaurants not far from the Como Train station. I coordinated a lot with the property prior to arriving and they were extremely helpful. The size of the apartment was perfect - great kitchen, dining, big bathroom and lovely bedroom. well appointed laundry. The open plan living area was cute. The property has a terrace which we didn't use because it was cold when we were there. Could not have been happier with the property and the location. We felt really safe and the property was super quiet.

We had a lovely stay and the little downsides in the property were off set by its location. I would revisit again.

The location was ideal! Loved the kitchen ❤️ The property in general was fine, just needs a little spruce up.

Only 1 room has air con ( the bedroom) the living area is far too hot! The lighting is very strange and dark, unless all the shutters are open ( impossible in 30 degree heat) you need a torch. The terrace and bathroom would benefit from a little TLC.

Beautiful apartment in the center of Como. Lots of nice design features. Great location with the disadvantage of having to park your car in a garage 5 min walk from the apartment. The people from the agency can organize you a permit for unloading your car though. Communication with the agency is very good, they are super helpful and have great restaurant recommendations etc.

Amazing stay in the heart of Como with family.

The location can't be beaten - right in the heart of Como, a few mins walk to the lake and other sightseeing points in the city. The apartment had a great "vibe" that made us feel part of the old town.

The way to use the stove-top/oven was a bit confusing, so maybe some instructions about that in the instruction booklet would be nice.

Geringe Abnutzungen in der Dusche, Küche und an Schränken sichtbar. Wäre es zukünftig möglich, die Schlüsseldepots zu den Appartements vor Ort im jeweiligen Haus zu installieren, da der aktuelle Zugang/ Zufahrt zu den Schlüsseldepots mit dem Auto eingeschränkt ist.

Wor kommen sehr gerne wieder und werden die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage ist top. Mitten in der Stadt, jedoch ist es ruhig in der Wohnung. Die Innenterrasse ist zum Verweilen da und die Wohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Es hatte alles, was wir brauchten.

Es gab einen Schlüssel zur Wohnung. Wenn als Gruppe reist, müssen alle zur selben Zeit die Wohnung verlassen / nach Hause gehen.
