The decor of the room was modern and very spacious. The host was very speedy at replying and great location for us.

Didn’t sleep well as on the main road and was very noisy. Also light on touch screen mirror was very bright so we had to hang a coat over on the second night. Thought because of this it was over priced

It was nice and comfy

Loved the modern touch to the property it was amazing so easy to use and felt very comfy.

They didn’t have many basic things that we needed and simple instructions weren’t left for us such as WiFi a barcode was on the door but it didn’t work so I had to message the owner to ask for it. Also simple cleaning products such as a brush and mop for living room and bathroom after showering there was none and made it hard. The cleaning wasn’t done well in the bathroom I had to unblock someone else’s hair from the drain which was disgusting and such a let down. Due to it being blocked it flooded part of the bathroom and I had to quickly clean the drain out not something I want to do on my honeymoon.

The stay was quite uncomfortable !

The location was very good!

We couldn’t turn off the air conditioning or adjust the temperature, so we had to sleep in 33.5°C, which was very uncomfortable. I could only communicate with the host in writing, and only they were able to switch off the heating, so I had to keep asking them to do it. The rooms couldn’t be properly darkened, and there was a thick layer of dust on the blinds. In addition, the water pressure was very low and the cold water didn’t get properly cold.”

Has the potential to be a comfortable stay.

Location was good, 10 minute walk to station and 5 minute walk to a supermarket. Nice to have a washing machine in the accommodation. Relatively easy to check in, the video detailing checkin is quite helpful.

Extremely dusty Shower pressure was extremely weak and took about 5 minutes to turn warm The kettle had some gunk at the base which we werent comfortable using. The induction stove was incompatible with the pots provided. Walls are so thin you could hear someone having a conversation outside. Host is non responsive, tried messaging him querying the induction but ignored completely with auto-generated responses.

Location to a 24/7 supermarket

Not recommended. Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was very disappointing. 1. Security concerns – The apartment does not lock properly. It is possible to enter from the street through several doors without using a key. 2. Lack of basic amenities – There was no shower gel, no coffee maker, no drinking water, and no tea provided. 3. Poor shower facilities – The water pressure was extremely weak. The water was cold at first and only slowly became lukewarm, making it very difficult to shower or wash hair. 4. Unresponsive host – After receiving payment, the host showed no willingness to assist. Messages were ignored or answered with unclear responses. 5. Paid parking only – Free parking was not available. 6. Cleanliness issues – Dust could be found throughout the apartment. 7. Worn-out blinds – The blinds did not properly cover the windows and were covered in dust. 8. Noise – Football games at the nearby stadium were very loud and continued late into the night.

All perfect , 5 minutes away from the lungomare and city center, yet very quite location. 10-15 minutes walk to the private beach ( spiaggia) Lido Villa Olmo! 😍

It would be nice to have papertowel and knives, and corkopener in the kitchen . ALSO, at the end of our stay we received an email with check out instructions- to sort out the garbage, which is kind of weird because we pay cleaning fee and do not know the rules for recycling in Italy. And extra key would be nice too because when you travel family of three it is hard to have flexibility with one key to the apartment

Disappointing and not worth the cost

Considering we paid £660 plus tax for a four night stay, we were very disappointed with our stay. While the owner has clearly put some thought to ensure the decor is modern, there were too many small and significant issues for the price charged. This includes: exposed lighting fixtures on the balcony and above the shower, a random bag of rice in one of the drawers, shower gel and shampoos completely empty, dirty bed stain on the mattress/mattress cover, dirty laundry left outside the apartment door, dirty cups, insufficient dinnerware (one large plate) and cardboard parcels on the balcony. With some honest time and care, this apartment has a lot of potential. The owner has clearly prioritised money over customer satisfaction and basic accommodation needs.

We were a group of four guests, yet the apartment was clearly only prepared for two. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed several issues: The sofa bed was not made or equipped with pillows or blankets. There were only two glasses provided, insufficient for our group. No toilet paper was present in the bathroom, despite the host insisting otherwise. The apartment was not properly equipped for four people in general, lacking basic items such as cups and pillows. Despoter our repeated attempts to get assistance from the host, we received vague and unhelpful responses, often being told to “look better” or that “nothing is hiding.” We were asked to search multiple places for items that should have been clearly and readily available. This experience was both frustrating and unprofessional. We also requested that the missing items (pillows, toilet paper, wine glasses) simply be delivered to the door while we went out for dinner—again, with no resolution. This situation clearly reflects a lack of readiness, basic hospitality, and disregard for guest comfort. The response from the host did not meet reasonable service standards, and we believe this warrants your immediate attention. I request a partial refund for this booking due to the unsatisfactory conditions and stress caused by the lack of preparedness and communication.

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. Nice quiet area yet close enough to walk to everything (boat cruises, restaurants, main shopping district and the supermarket was across the road).

horrible experience, disgusting conditions, complete disrespect from the owner — stay far away.

Decoration is the only thing that can save from here.

We booked this property for two nights, but we left after just one hour — that should tell you everything. We arrived late, exhausted, just wanting to rest. We quickly showered and went to bed, and that’s when we realized how dirty the place really was. Everything was covered in dust, enough to be dangerous for anyone with allergies or breathing problems. It was immediately clear that the property had not been cleaned properly. On top of that, the bedlinen wasn’t even properly placed, making it feel like no effort was made to prepare for guests. I also found a full garbage bag left inside the kitchen cabinet, adding to the overall filth. The curtains were pathetic, offering zero protection from sunlight, and to make matters worse, the noise was unbearable — absolutely no chance of getting proper rest here. We tried to communicate with the owner, but it was a complete disaster. He initially said he would “check the property” and “get back to us,” but instead he lied to our face, accusing us of having “used the whole house” even though we had barely been there for an hour, just trying to rest. It’s clear they only care about taking your money and don’t care at all about guests’ experience or the quality of the stay. No accountability, no professionalism.

Данные апартаменты полностью соответствуют фото и находятся в непосредственной близости с набережной (3- 5мин пешком ) исторический центр со множеством кафе и магазинов (10мин) круглосуточный супермаркет (3мин).Но будьте осторожны при парковке возле дома, потому что апартаменты находятся возле стадиона, во время проведения игр ваш автомобиль может быть эвакуирован (несмотря на оплату парковки) как это произошло с нами.

Très bon séjour à la découverte de Côme, la météo n’était pas au bout fixe mais nous avons pu découvrir cette charmante

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le côté moderne de l’appartement, la chambre et salle de bain étaient spacieuses. La literie est très bonne!

Wielkość obiektu jest dość imponująca, a wydzielona część apartamentów w bloku mieszkalnym sprawia pozytywne, zachęcające wrażenie. Sam apartament został wykończony w sposób jakościowy i estetyczny, co jest wyraźnie zauważalne. Niestety poziom sprzątania pozostawiał niedosyt czyszczone były jedynie najbardziej podstawowe elementy. Przy standardzie i potencjale tego miejsca warto rozważyć poprawę jakości usług sprzątających.

Niestety sam apartament nie spełnił moich oczekiwań. W porównaniu do przestrzeni przed wejściem, która była jasna, czysta i sprawiała bardzo dobre wrażenie, wnętrze apartamentu okazało się dość ciemne. Zauważalne były zabrudzone, miejscami tłuste i poplamione ściany oraz duża ilość kurzu. W kuchni problemem była klejąca się podłoga, przez co poruszanie się było komfortowe jedynie w kapciach. Również pokrętła w mikrofali były klejące. Przy standardzie obiektu zdecydowanie warto zwrócić uwagę na dokładność sprzątania i rozważyć zmianę osoby odpowiedzialnej za czystość.

Appartamento comodo ed esteticamente molto bello. Bello l'arredamento e fornito di tutto ciò che mi serviva. Piacevole trovare una macchinetta del caffè con alcune cialde da utilizzare. Ben illuminato, pulito ed è stato perfetto per il mio viaggio di lavoro.

L'unico piccolissimo difetto è stato quello di non trovare delle grucce per appendere i vestiti nell'armadio.

We were a little cold and the floor was cold. But as far as I understand, Italians don't take off their shoes at home. The heated towel rail in the bathroom didn't work. The blinds on the windows let in light in the morning. Strange WhatsApp communication with support.

Prima, mooi en hygienisch verblijf.

Het interieur was erg modern en mooi. Beschikt inprincipe over alles. Veel lampen keuze in het appartement. De ligging was perfect en op 10 min. lopen van het centrum. Op 5 min. lopen een supermarkt aan de overkant. Klein parkeerplaats voor de deur waar je €11,- betaald voor 24 uur indien er plek is.

Op de slaapkamer helpt de luxaflex niet tegen het zonlicht. Sochtends vroeg wakker door het dag licht wat er doorheen komt. De douche straal was erg zacht en het water liep niet fijn weg. Geen contact of reactie van de verhuurder toen wij contact zochten over het parkeren
