Everything was great and well prepared.

Everything was available, and Luca, the apartment owner, was very helpful and friendly. He even helped us with the luggage. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was the sound of cars from the street, but since the apartment overlooks a main road, it’s understandable.

Property was clean and big

The property looked exactly like in the photos, everything spotless clean, more or less new. We had prosecco, butter and jam in the fridge. Also a lot of Nespresso capsules. Property owner is friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. I would return for sure!

The owner lost his phone and didn’t respond to calls. But he waited for us at the property.

Perfect Stay in Como – Exceeded Expectations!

Maison de Raf was absolutely perfect for our stay in Como. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the train station and close to the lake and city center. A special mention to the host Luca, who was incredibly kind and responsive. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent throughout. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Como!

Loved Como great apartment lovely stay

The apartment is spacious and spotless with everything you need supplied including a complimentary bottle of procecco from the owner and butter and jam - which most places don’t leave in the fridge but are really handy. The location is short walk from train station, the town and the port in all directions. We didn’t have a car and certainly didn’t need it.

The only negative is to be aware the apartment is on a main road so it can be noisy but that didn’t bother us so much.

Quaint, clean and modernised stay with a super host, within walking distance to restaurants and Como

The host, Luca, was extremely friendly and responsive. He answered every question I wrote promptly. The apartment was very clean and welcoming - definitely large enough for our party of four. The bedrooms were large and had comfortable beds - and enough storage space. The bathrooms were clean and modern - everything worked really well. Luca quickly brought by a few necessities that the apartment was missing when we checked in. He had also stocked the refrigerator with butter, jams and water - and LOTS OF COFFEE was left for us to use. This is truly a great find in Como - the location by the park and lake was great. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Como!

The apartment is in the middle of the city. While the location is great for walking to downtown Como - traffic can be fairly loud. However, there are both vertical blinds and air conditioning units in the bedrooms that helped to keep the bedrooms dark, cool and quiet. It might be nice (and more energy efficient) to have vertical blinds installed in the living room window, because the morning sun shines directly in and it gets quite hot. Otherwise, not many negative things to say about this place.

We had a good stay at the property.

The property was clean, with amenities, good-sized bedrooms, and a good location. Our flight got cancelled so our check-in got delayed. Luca was so accommodating with our late check-in to the property. I would stay at this property again if I visit this place again and would also recommend anyone coming to Lake Como.

Spacious, clean and convenient location

Apartment was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Modern bathrooms. Location near the station was very convenient. Handy and well-stocked supermarket nearby. Easy walk into centre of Como. Luca was friendly and available for contact if we had any issues - but we had none. We were 5 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had a complementary bottle of Prosecco which was a nice touch.

The beds were a bit small and the road was quite noisy. Noise was reduced once inside with the doors closed.

Beautiful clean and spacious apartment. The host was very kind and left some essentials for us… butter, jam, Prosecco, and cards for local restaurants he recommended.

Amazing

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, and the host is cooperative. Everything in the apartment is lovely and well-equipped. It’s close to Carrefour Market, a seven-minute walk from the restaurant and café area, and about a ten-minute walk from Lake Como.

Spacious and well equipped flat close to city center

Spacious, well equipped and modern apartment. We were 6 of us and appreciated the 2 bathrooms and the large rooms. Luca was very punctual and helpful. The flat is a few minutes walking distance to the pedestrian center.

Nothing to do with the flat per se, it was all fine. To note: For people sensitive to noise, all rooms give out on to a street with heavy trafic. Also parking close to the flat is costly.

Stay here if you can

The apartment was exactly as advertised, very comfortable, clean, had anything we could possible need, was well located near the lake, with gorgeous mountain views, and close to public transport for easy moving around if we wished to. But the main plus side was the host, Luca. Luca was extremely responsive, attentive and thoughtful. He not only left us prosecco as a welcome wine, but also a panettone and a bottle of champagne for Christmas, since we stayed there over the holiday. But if that wasn't enough, he then left us personalized gifts for me and my daughter on our doorstep on the actual Christmas day!!! There were plenty of other little things that made our stay cosier, such as fruit juice which my daughter loved, some toasts and butter, and we even ended up doing laundry which smelled amazing after it! I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed

Not really a dislike, but the only thing we were missing were bowls in the kitchen, for like preparing a fruit bowl or little salads, but of course this did not impact our overall experience

Bardzo wygodne mieszkanie, łóżka fantastyczne (nawet to rozkładane w salonie ) 2 łazienki z prysznicami, czysto, przestronnie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, bardzo dobra kawa ., świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Wyjątkowo nam się podobało! :)

Mir hat alles gefallen. Es ist einfach traumhaft. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, extrem sauber und ordentlich. Ich wollte eigentlich noch ein Tag bleiben und hatte Angst dass das nicht klappt. Ich habe loca geschrieben und niemand hatte Gott sei Dank an dem Tag gebucht. Ich wollte den Tag bezahlen und er sagte ich gebe es for free. Das ist einfach großartig. Ich empfehle es.

المضيف لطيف وسمح طلب مني في اليوم قبل الأخير رسوم المدينة 36 يورو وفي يوم الخروج لم أجده ، ولم يكن لدي كاش وطلب مني التحويل إلى رقم حسابه البنكي وغادرت ولم يرسل رقم حسابه، وتواصلت معه عبر الواتس ولا يجيب ثم بعد عدة أيام رد علي عن طريق التواصل في بوكينق وأرسل رقم حسابه وتم التحويل . كذلك لم يكن متشددا في وقت الخروج من الشقة أخذنا راحتنا . قرب الشقة من البحيرة وقربها من كارفور نظافة الشقة لو يكتب الله لي زيارة مرة أخرى لكومو سأسكن في نفس الشقة إن شاء الله .

لا توجد مواقف مجانية ، لكن توجد مواقف مقابلة للشقة برسوم 24 ساعة 11 يورو كذلك الشقة في وسط بناية كبيرة يحتاج تتواصل مع المضيف قبل الوصول ليستقبلك هناك .

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Como

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Lage ist ideal. Keine 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof San Giovanni entfernt. Wer mit dem Auto kommt gegenüber ist ein Parkhaus. Zum See und in die Altstadt ist es ein kurzer Spaziergang. 2Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt,gibt es einen Supermarkt der 24/7 offen hat. Auch wer mit Hunden reist kein Problem, rundherum findet man Wiesen und Park s für die Gassi Runde

Einzig die viel befahrene Strasse ist laut,aber das weiss man wenn man es bucht. Ist auf den Bildern ersichtlich
