Beautiful apartment, key issue annoying

The apartment was lovely. Very spacious.

We had trouble getting the key for the property. Only one key safe was used for two separate apartments and the other guest unknowingly took our keys so that we had to wait on a very loud intersection an hour for them to return. Also there were no amenities, like water or tea or shampoo etc. and no shopping close by.

In General it was good , the location is good, the flat is spacious and good for family

1. There was not enough toilet papers for 5 persons for 4 nights- this is essential and should be supplied by the Host- we had to buy 2. It will be good to supply Water bottles, for the first night- six small bottles . After we can buy to our selves . specially when arriving the first day at 21:00 or 22:00 3. There were no cleaning tools , ( The floor of flat was not very clean) - also we did not find soap/material for the washing machine- we could have washed our clothes. 4. parking: It was a little bit difficult to find a parking place , although there is a public parking ( with payment ofcourse90 but it was always full. Luckily we used to come late at night after 22:00 , so we used to find 1 place empty. maybe it is just luck. The first night we had to park the car in a near street and we wake up early to remove the car before 08:00 so that we will not get a ticket.

Perfetto!

Beautiful apartment in italian style. Wow! We arrived after a long journey and there was prosecco waiting for us in the fridge excellent idea and hospitality of the host. The apartment has also very good location- piazza, restaurants, boats renting, station was close. What more I forgot clothes in a wordrobe and the owner was very helpful to organize taking them.

عن السنتر كيلو وزياده مشي مواقف سيارات قريبه برسوم يوجد بلكونه صغيره ممتعه نظيف مرتب به ثلاث غرف يصلح ل ست اشخاص يوجد وحدات تكييف صاحبه الشقه محترمه و متعاونه جدا واعطتنا وقت اضافي للخروج تعاملت معنا بثقه جميع الاحتياجات موجوده بالمطبخ والحمام الامان عالي ساعود لنفس المكان ان عدت لكومو

Très bel appartement de centre ville

Appartement superbe décoré avec beaucoup de goût et un beau mobilier. Proche du lac et du centre ville de Côme. Climatisation très agréable pendant ces jours de grosse chaleur, équipements de confort (machines à laver le linge et la vaisselle, fours mico-onde et classisque, télévision HD, ...).

Vaisselle et de casseroles en quantité trop limitée. La fenêtre d'une chambre ne s'ouvrait pas ce qui empêchait de fermer les volets. Pas de parking inclus, donc nécessité de veiller à payer régulièrement les parcmètres du stationnement de ville à proximité. Difficile de trouver un stationnement les jours de match de football. Échanges miminum par whatsapp avec la propriétaire.

Es war eine faszinierende liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Trotz Lage an der Hauptstraße war es erstaunlich ruhig in der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung übertraf die Beschreibung! Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder! Super für Familien geeignet!

Просторі апартаменти. Інтерʼєр «тематичний» в стилі італійських вілл. Зручне розташування- в пішій доступності станція Como San Giovanni, поромна переправа, центр Комо, вілла Olmo, супермаркет Carrefour.

Εξαιρετική καθαριότητα και εξοπλισμός. Υπέροχη διακόσμηση και μεγάλη άνεση.

Το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι η έλλειψη ασανσέρ στο κτίριο. Είναι πολύ δύσκολο να ανεβάζεις βαλίτσες στα χέρια για 40 σκαλοπάτια.
