Great apartament, right in the centre of Como, and an amazing host!

Spacious apartment in a prime location in the centre of Como, very well equipped and decorated, with access to public parking nearby. The host was outstanding from the first to the last moment, helping with orientation and recommendations, flexibility with the check in process (done in person) and a farewell message on the day of checkout. Definitely the highlight of our 10-day trip through Europe.

Great hospitality violeta was very helpful. The location is excellent close to everything The apartment is beautiful We were missing some things like soap some things in the kitchen like cleaning paper, etc. but other then that it was excellent

Exceptional

The apartment was spacious and welcoming. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with every possible convenience. Violetta was very helpful and gave us all of the information that we needed about the apartment, plus some other information tailored specifically to our trip. The location was between the station and the city centre and there were small supermarkets, pharmacies etc. very close by. The whole apartment had a lovely atmosphere and added greatly to our enjoyment of Como.

Superb

Very nice and spacious apartment, located in a pretty building on the edge of the center of Como. We stayed with 7 adults, and it was perfect.

Airco would be nice, although the large fans helped a lot. But with open windows the street can be a bit noisy early in the morning

Exceptional

We were two families that stayed in Como for two days. We had a very welcoming check-in by the hostess, who is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfectly located in the centre of Como ”old town” and close to both shops and restaurants. Easy to park in a nearby parking garage that was very affordable. If we come back to Como we will definitely stay here again.

Superb Apartment in an excellent location.

The location was perfect, in a quiet area yet only 10 minutes walk to all the restaurants and the lake. The apartment was spacious and clean. From a security perspective it is very safe, you need to get through 2 to 3 locked doors to gain access to the apartment. The only thing lacking was AC, which I believe might be being installed shortly as the bedrooms and living area showed some work underway! Would I go back and stay at the same apartment - definitely yes.

Amazing property for group stays in Lake Como

fantastic property, all bedrooms very comfortable and clean, fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer facilities owner met us and provided a list of recommendations for the area and contacted local boat rental companies for us couldn’t have asked for a better property to stay in como

Wonderful stay from beginning to end with feeling in an aristocratic building, modernized tastefully

Host very responsive, met us upon arrival and helpful in everyway. Great location. Historical building done up tastefully. Near the centre of Como but quiet. Host guided us to find parking close by. Spacious with quality furniture and fittings.

Ventilation fans were good enough during our stay and for most of the year no doubt. On the few warmer or more humid days, air conditioning may be needed, but this is the exception.

Fantastic host, great location, amazing apartment

Violetta is a fantastic host, she gave us so much info before our arrival regarding airport transfers and restaurants. She met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was amazing, very spacious & comfortable. Location was super. Only a short walk to restaurants & the lake but quiet in the evenings. We had a brilliant holiday in Como and would love to visit again.

Beautiful apartment in fantastic location with one issue

I loved the central location of the apartment in the historic center of Como. The building was beautiful and had an elevator. We were near a supermarket and lots of great restaurants as well as the lake and train station. The apartment was very comfortable and modern with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great lighting and plenty of space for my family of five to stretch out. There was even a dryer to go along with the washer, which was really a luxury to find in Italy. It was also very convenient to have USB ports to charge our phones in the bedrooms. The owner, Violetta was very helpful with making suggestions on where to eat and what to see while in Como.

I really wanted to give this apartment an excellent review because it is very large, comfortable, clean, well equipped and located in a great location in Como in the historic center very close to everything. However, upon our arrival the owner, Violetta, told us that the furnace wasn't working and that a technician could not come to fix it until the next morning. We had just arrived on a flight from the United States, and my children and I were very tired. The last thing I wanted to hear was that we wouldn't have heat, and possibly hot water, in the apartment, especially at this price point. Violetta offered for us to go to a much smaller apartment for the night, which would have been a very tight squeeze for my family of 5. I couldn't bear the thought of moving somewhere else when we had just arrived at this apartment and were only staying for 4 nights in Como. Finally I suggested that she provide us with space heaters, which she did. She did manage to get the furnace working for the first night, and then the technician came the next day. He fixed the furnace but it still required some fine tuning, but we eventually got it functioning completely by the end of the second day. So the first two days were frustrating with a constant back and forth of texts about whether the furnace was working and Violetta having to come to the apartment on a few different occasions. She even had to come back again to replace the batteries in the thermostat (which I wish she would have done when she was there with the technician). To be fair, the rest of the stay was great with no further issues. Without the major inconvenience of the furnace, I would have rated this apartment as a 9 or 10.

Está en una zona tranquila, a 15 minutos andando de la estación de San Giovanni y del lago, el apartamento es amplio, moderno, limpio, luminoso, funcional, cómodo. Muy recomendable para 2 parejas.

Pequeños detalles que mejorarían la valoración: mal olor del ascensor y arreglo de los picaportes de las puertas de dormitorios y baños, que cierran mal y hacen ruidos al abrir y cerrar.
