Exceptional home in Como city center - It makes for a wonderful stay! - Highly recommend

This accommodation is exceptional. Extremely convenient to Como's old town. Located by the entrance doors to the old city. Has dedicated parking spot (an incredible rarity in Como), easy for in and out for outing to the lake as well as coming in from Milan (south of Como) or from Switzerland (north of Como). Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 and a half) all beautifully appointed. Living room, large dining table, kitchen-with dishwasher, balconies, washer for clothes and drying racks. This home couldn't be more beautiful that it already is! An amazing find! Hosts are kind and knowledgeable and very helpful for anything about your stay in beautiful Como and its lake!

Amazing

The location was fantastic so close to the city centre although not the most picture Street but don’t let that put you off. The decor and the clean and the attention to detail the bedding all of the equipment was absolutely fantastic and spotless and the welcome Prosecco and other things there was such a kind touch. We will definitely be back.

Not the most pictureresque Street but that far outweigh all of the amazing things about the apartment, and also the people in the apartment above with quite noisy in the mornings and evening but I think that was just unlucky for us that week

Amazing - would recommend

The apartment had everything we needed, very modern with adjustable air con in all rooms. Luisa was on hand to give us tips and support and there was nothing we didn’t have. The apartment was a perfect base for exploring the lake and close by to the old town with plenty of food options.

Great stay. Definitely recommend it.

Great location. Close to the lake, shops, the market and restaurants. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was an air-con in every room, which made it nice and cool in the heat of summer. The owners were very nice and helpful.

There were two bathrooms, but only one had a shower.

I highly recommend this property.

It was clean and modern inside. The owners were so nice. Showed everything, helped with parking and our luggage. I would definitely rebook when traveling to Como. Everything was in walking distance which made it easy to get to things.

Great accommodation & friendly & helpful hosts.

Very clean, comfortable beds, pillows & good facilities & utensils. Luisa & Giuseppe took my friend to the hospital after an accident & took 2 of our parties to the train station & lugguages due to their limited mobility. They really went out of their way to help us, not to mentioned the welcoming cold wine & crisps. We’re very happy with our stay & the hosts. Thank you very much Luisa & Giuseppi. Der ideale Platz um Como zu erkunden

Die Wohnung lag nahe des Stadtzentrums, 5min zu Fuß. Bioladen und Supermarkt fußläufig. Lag etwas abseits der Hauptstraße und daher recht ruhig. Der Besitzer der Wohnung war äußerst freundlich und hat uns alles gut erklärt. Er war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Eigentlich hat und alles sehr gut gefallen, aber das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Nachts vom Straßenverkehr hört man bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Como
