De verhuurders stonden ons op te wachten en lieten ons binnen. We kregen uitgebreidde uitleg en alle ruimte om vragen te stellen. Ondanks de taalbarriere was alles duidelijk dankzij google-translate. De airco stond al aan, overal waren rolluiken aanwezig, met de hitte van buiten was het lekker koel binnenkomen. Als we gedurende het verblijf vragen/opmerkingen hadden, dan waren de verhuurders bereikbaar via whatsapp. Wij waren er met 5 personen totaal en hebben genoten van Como en omgeving. Zeker een aanrader.

Als we echt iets moeten noemen zou een extra parkeerplaats fijn zijn. We waren met 2 auto's en hebben even moeten zoeken om de 2e auto veilig te kunnen parkeren. Maar ook daar hebben de verhuurders prima bij geholpen.

Very nice property and the Luisa and her Son where waiting for us on arrival and very welcoming. Showed us all the apartment facilities and also the car parking which we had booked and was just next to the apartment.it was also very close to Como old town and the lake a 5 to 10 minutes walk.

All was good

Everything was excellent. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well equipped. All appliances worked perfectly, and the Wi‑Fi connection was fast and reliable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, cleaning supplies were also provided, and a lovely welcome treat was waiting for us upon arrival. There was more than enough of everything we needed during our stay. The location is another great advantage. The Old Town can be reached within a short 10–15 minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Parking is available for an additional fee, and there are also parking options in the surrounding area depending on your preferences. A special thank you to the hosts, who welcomed us personally, showed us around the apartment, and shared many useful local recommendations, including places to eat, attractions worth visiting, and the best beaches nearby. We highly recommend this apartment!
