Perfect for a city trip

We liked everything about this beautiful and fully equipped apartment. Perfectly located yet quiet, very spacious and very clean, confortable beds and the agency was very responsive and helpful.

Absolutely loved this little flat in the centre of beautiful Como.

Beautifully clean flat, well located in the centre of town with very comfortable beds and good facililtes.

It was disappointing not to have coffee pods available for the machine! I had to buy some and bought the wrong ones by accident which was very annoying as I like a coffee as soon as I wake up in the morning.

The property is clean and pleasant. It is located right in the center. Easy access to restaurants and shops.

One of the shutters are not working. When the rain came in the afternoon water poured in to one of the rooms. On the time of our check out the elevator wasn’t working. We have to bring down all 5 of our luggages down 4 floors. I messaged the property the day before if they can request someone to fix it but I did not get any answer.

We stayed here in April 2023 and we would not stay here again. It’s lacking some basics, not very clean, and staff don’t seem to want to help (or care about their guests), - There was 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4-night stay….when I asked for more the staff told me “this is not a hotel.” - The heating was not working properly and I asked help - the staff told me “this is warm enough for Italy” - There are basics missing - no dishwashing capsule, no clothing rack to dry your clothes after washing in the machine. it would be nice for the host to provide these smalll items….and even nicer to leave a bottle of water + a few coffee capsules for the guests to get started when they arrive. - The place was a little dirty when we checked in (pubic hairs in the drawers, old bath mats that should be thrown away, dust etc) we cleaned ourselves.

Perfect location to explore Como and nearby villages

Location was brilliant. Close to everything. Perfect location with young children as plenty of places to eat near by. Good size apartment for a family of 6. Clean and modern property. Host was very helpful from check in to check out. Complimentary luggage storage meant we could enjoy the last day without having to push the suitcases with us.

Having one bathroom for 6 people was difficult, but this didn’t spoil our holiday.

Getting to their with car was really difficult and we had to walk some distance pushing our luggage to reach the apartment. Key of the outdoor doesn't open early, it needs replacing of the door lock One bathroom ?

Nice location, but..

Good location.

Check-in process - after booking expect endless manual filling in of information into user-unfriendly online application. Even that it is written in the description that price include taxes and fees, the owner will ask you for additional 2euro for each person(also kid) for every night. Closest parking option is ~15min walk.

Perfect location, in the city centre. Very comfortable flat with plenty of space. Easy access to key collection - even out of the check-in hours. Very responsive host.

The flat is new thus some things still needed: no dustbin or shower shelf in the bathroom. No corkscrew or a proper knife in the kitchen, but those were minor things...

Die Lage war top, mitten in der Stadt, beachte aber Fussgängerzone und Zugang mit dem Auto nicht möglich.

Babybett wurde bestellt, jedoch nicht organisiert. Anbieter meinte, nicht gewusst zu haben, dass ein Babybett bestellt wurde, das Problem liege bei Booking, sein Office sei geschlossen er könne erdt am Folgetag (bei 2 Übernachtungen) ein Babybett bringen. Sauberkeit der Toilette war katastrophal.

Ville de Côme magnifique à refaire.

Location très propre et bien équipé dans un très joli quartier historique avec toutes les commodités à proximité (magasin, transports). À 5 minutes à pieds du lac de Côme. Idéal pour un séjour en famille avec des enfants en bas âge.

Les horaires d’arriver et de départ. Arrivé à 15h trop tard et départ avant 10h très tôt.
