Clean, neat, spacious and in a perfect location.

The windows are not closing tight and in a windy night it is quite noisy.

Lovely and clean great location and plenty of room! Brilliant communication before and throughout!

Era la seconda volta che ci tornavamo ed è stato di nuovo semplicemente fantastico! L'appartamento è spazioso, molto pulito, tranquillo e si trova in un'ottima posizione in centro.

We stayed here in April 2023 and we would not stay here again. It’s lacking some basics, not very clean, and staff don’t seem to want to help (or care about their guests), - There was 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4-night stay….when I asked for more the staff told me “this is not a hotel.” - The heating was not working properly and I asked help - the staff told me “this is warm enough for Italy” - There are basics missing - no dishwashing capsule, no clothing rack to dry your clothes after washing in the machine. it would be nice for the host to provide these smalll items….and even nicer to leave a bottle of water + a few coffee capsules for the guests to get started when they arrive. - The place was a little dirty when we checked in (pubic hairs in the drawers, old bath mats that should be thrown away, dust etc) we cleaned ourselves.
