Comfortable and practical flat to explore Como and surroundings

Generous, clean and practical flat ideally situated for exploring Como. The two bathrooms made it easy to get ready in the morning or before going out in the evening.

Some rooms didn‘t have any practical space to hang/ fold away one’s clothes. - other rooms had more than enough space. So we had to „share“ the rooms for storage. - But that wasn‘t a big deal.

Extremely rude staff, no support, and a dismissive and disrespectful attitude.

Position and dimensions of the apartment

Upon arrival, I found myself stuck at a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), with two daughters and lots of luggage, and the host offered no help at all, replying with sarcasm and condescension (literally laughing) that I should “find a spot outside the city walls.” No useful information about nearby parking — which I eventually found on my own, just 2 minutes from the apartment. When I pointed out that it would be helpful to inform guests about the nearby garage, especially those arriving from abroad, I was told: “I think we’re already helping you enough.” I replied, “Well, how kind of you,” and he answered, “You, not so much.” I’ve never encountered such rudeness and lack of professionalism. Never again with My Home In Como.

Absolutly amazing , nicely arranged and spacious apartment, right in the heart of Como :) Fully reccommended for a big group of people👌🏽

This is not the fault of the owner , just beware that the apartment is right in the centre and sometimes it can get really noisy during the night :)

Nice location and apartment with some improvement needs.

Nice place and great location!

The beds were good but beds creaked. There were no toaster in the kitchen and no dishwasher tablets nor no garbage bags which we were forced to asked more. The water pressure in the shower was really bad especially in the mornings. The heating radiators were off, which made the bathrooms in particular really cold. In the second bathroom, the bathtub did not have a shower curtain, which made the water run badly onto the floor

large clean apartment equipped with all facilities in a great location. elevator available. secured building.

There are no manuals to operate the machinery for example we couldn’t work the dryer at all. Check out time is 10 am which is way too early and they were not flexible to extend it a bit with no place to store luggage except in their office which is 15-20 min walking from the apt and the station.

One of the best spots to stay in Como with big family or friends!

Location is great, in the heart of Como, short walking distance to anything, yet quiet and off main shopping streets. Air conditioners everywhere, cooking utensils, great (hard) beds, plenty of towels, easy checkout. Very clean, modern and neat.

Make an appointment for check-in! And read the check-in instructions carefully - key pick uo at diff location. Almost impossible to get to hotel by car without braking few rules. So be ready to either park in the vicinity and carry your bags or break traffic rules. Also, no free parking within 15 min walk. Almost all parking spots in the city are taken also. So either park in the underground parking lot near 24/7 Carrefour or be ready to park near Via Mentana (17-20 min walk to apt). Wifi was not working, few other minor things, but I assume it'll be fixed shortly.

Huge apartment for a family in the centre of the city.

Host is really friendly. He provide all instructions which we need, like where to park a car where we can find nice food with local cuisine. Location in the middle of the city with a lot off restarauns and coffee please. Super close to the lake.

Water drain in the shower was not clean, so you need to wait until water is gone.
