Great apartment for our family of 6, perfect location, easy walk from the train and close to restaurants and lake front.

Great location, Huge space with big living area and kitchen, 3 good sized bedrooms, all with ensuites

Could use a washing machine for longer stays

The property is comfortable, well maintainrd, and in a great location.

Location is great

-lots of communication in advance via email… all in English with detailed entry instructions, including video. That’s the good part. Upon arrival we learned there was no longer a lockbox as promised and that those earlier instructions were no longer applicable. We were not so-advised in advance. Agent sent a representative to let us in and familiarize us with the unit. However that person spoke zero English and was only slightly familiar with the apartment. She had great difficulty setting thermostat, and after phoning someone she still set it incorrectly (to 25c!) Owner left NO written instructions in unit, as has been customary in other rentals… for things like thermostat, appliances, or tv. We never did get the only tv to work! No starter soap for showers or paper towels. Only one key was provided and the one door was not operable without a key. So group of 6 had to move together. Fire risk to be locked inside without key to get out!!! Owner asked us to provide passport info that had been carefully provided earlier and asked us to pay local taxes again (they had been pre-paid at agent’s request months earlier.)
