Great location, very close to the Duomo and ferry terminal Spotlessly clean and well equipped , fine air conditioning Simone was very helpful and ready to answer to any request , checkin/ checkout very smooth

Nice new apartment & centre of old town location.
Air con appeared well under powered whilst working and for 2 days out of a 6 day stay stopped working altogether with outside temps in the mid 30c every day. We never met the owner Simone in person , all communication was via whatsapp On arrival we messaged Simone to advise we only had 1 teaspoon in the apartment and he promised to bring more around the next day , never happened.

The location of this property is excellent. It is very close to the pier and many restaurants. It is reasonably spacious. The host maintained very good communication with us.
Very cheaply furnished. The lounge was uncomfortable and one of the chairs was broken. It was adequate.
