The location was great. The apartment was ok. It definitely needs a proper couch and a decent coffee machine. Otherwise, it was good.

Excellent location, very clean and spacious close to shops restaurants and the lake

Great Apartment

The communication with Simone was excellent, and the apartment was very clean, spacious, and perfectly located for walking around Como and the incredible Lake front. The ferry was a quick 5 minute walk, and the coffee shop was 1 block away!

The location is amazing you are a 2 minute walk from the lake and cathedral.

View from the balcony wasn’t great. However, como is so beautiful no need to sit on the balcony, plenty of places close by to sit with stunning views.

Good price for an excellent location.

Fantastic location just meters from the lake and lively squares but yet quiet enough at night to get a good nights rest. Great checkin in experience made very smooth by the very professional and efficient Matteo. Large apartment and nice views.

A little impersonal and no balcony to sit on and people watch. No washing machine either.

We were very with the property and would not hesitate to stay there again and we highly recommend it as well.

The location was exceptional, just 200 meters from the lake, and in a very central part of Como, close to a number of very good restaurants. Having air conditioning was a big plus too! The property was very secure as well. It was a great choice!

Central, comfy and clean

Incredible location, taxi rank is at the door (even though they won’t take you anywhere) bus stop is just at the corner of the street. Really nice bars and restaurants 1 minute away. Matteo is a legend, gave us great advice and recommended fantastic spots for food. I’d stay here again

Excellent location. Matteo was a great host and happy to assist with anything we required - no matter how big or small. We had a pleasant and seemless check-in and check-out process.

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME IN COMO

Como City Home was an exceptional property which was central to every amenity of Lake Como. 2 steps away from restaurants and bars with grocery stores very close at hand and ticket booth for your cruising down the lake or up the mountain. The property also had a balcony for friends to pop over for a drink, chat or a coffee. It is placed on the 1st floor of No 6, you can walk up or use their trusty lift. Our host “MATTEO!” Was wonderful. Full of knowledge, very welcoming and any concerns we had he would rectify. Could not have asked for a better host or accommodation. We will be back because of Matteo. Thank you Matteo for making our stay a memorable one. Another pointer: There was also a boutique laundromat that, washed, folded, ironed and packed in bags for our convenience.

The property was spacious, neat and clean with all the amenities for a 3 night stay. Location was excellent and 15 minutes walk from the train station. Close to restaurants and 2 minutes walk to the lake. Supermarket is one minute away by foot.

Arrived in this accommodation after having stayed in an beautiful old hotel in Tuscany and the starkness of this new apartment was a bit of a startling contrast at first. By morning however we adjusted after having the best night sleep we had had in 3 weeks! It is exceptionally clean and has everything you need but the best thing by far is the location. Very central to everything in Como, short walk to the ferry and there is a taxi rank outside the building. We were met by the host to show us through everything and he was very helpful. Loved having a combination door lock which meant we didn't have to worry about keys. Plenty of storage for our clothing and suitcases. Supermarket 50M from the front door of the building. Comfortably warm during winter days.

As many other people have mentioned, the shower is cubicle is small and awkward. It is quite a large bathroom so its surprising. The whole environment including corridors and apartment are a little stark however it has everything you need and was incredibly clean.

Comfortable three night stay in good location.

Nice apartment in central location. No key needed to access building, just need key code. Very secure and safe. Our window looked out over a plaza. Comfortable stay for family in two separate areas. Plentiful restaurants nearby.

We got a bit lost finding the building which was tricky as we had walked from the train station with luggage over cobblestones and had to back track. We thought the apartment was on the lake but it is back a bit further from the lake than expected. Not easy to find the building but I messaged Matteo and he came out to greet us straight away.

Everything was TOP, Super !! Matteo was responsive at all times and helpful, He even gave us recommendations with places to eat. The property itself was in perfect condition. It was spacious and clean and comfortable. All appliances were working perfectly from the shower, to the sink and to the fridge and cooling. We will definitely book again when we visit Como.

Best accomodation in Como : in the heart of the town, 150 m from Lake Como, modern, fully equipped 75 square meters beautiful apartment. Matteo is a great guy, very flexible and helpful. One of the best apartments we ever had. Highly recommend this place!

When you come to Como, you must accept the parking rules of the town. Matteo showed us the cheapest long-term parking possibility, that is 500 m far from the apartment. Relax, you don't need your car during your stay at all!
