Perfect location. In the old city centre, but in a very calm building, very peaceful and close to everything. Maybe a detail for most travellers, but the pillows were very very good. It was better than expected. We had a wonderful stay.

Janela somente no quarto. Marcamos check in para as 16h. A princípio fomos comunicados que iria atrasar meia hora e acabou atrasando 2hs. Acabamos perdendo a programação do dia.

-Booking was easy online. Prices were on level with other accommodation in the area. -Cristiano was our contact for check in and he was friendly, punctual and communication was fast and clear prior to check in -The apartment looked exactly as the pictures showed online and was well equipped. -Good shower and strong water pressure -Great location: just a couple of streets away from the main crowds but still very close to train stations only (6–7 minute walk) and the ferry's, with plenty of nearby cafes, gelaterias, and restaurants and Carrefour nearby for essentials. Spoilt for choice.

-Bidet was broken before we checked in and water leaked all on the floor. This was immediately reported and was told that the manager will arrange it to be fixed as soon as possible. 2 days later, still no feedback. I called the number given to me and was told "its a holiday, the toilet works and the shower works so...its ok. Maybe Monday, maybe". Another day later still no feedback. It was never fixed during our stay. -The wifi stopped working during our stay and I had to call again to ask for that to be fixed, I got a message 8 hours later to say it was back online. -There was loud music from neighbouring apartments one evening (8–11pm), which affected sleep. This was mid week. Overall, we had to phone the host multiple times for issues, more than needed for a short stay. Customer service and maintenance responses need to be more reliable and pro active, especially when amenities are advertised. Tolerable for a few days but i would not stay here for longer than that.
