Die Wohnung war sehr zentral gelegen und gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig. Die Ausstattung war modern, schlicht und gepflegt. Besonders in der Sommerzeit war die Klimaanlage ein grosser Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung war zudem sehr sauber, und der Kontakt mit dem Verwaltungsteam über WhatsApp war schnell.
Das Online-Check-in war im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften, die ich genutzt habe, eher kompliziert. Auch die Schlüsselabholung an einer anderen Adresse empfand ich als umständlich. Teilweise fühlte es sich fast wie eine kleine Schatzsuche an. Das Personal war jedoch jederzeit erreichbar und hat Anweisungen gegeben. Aus meiner Sicht könnte der gesamte Check-in- und Schlüsselübergabeprozess deutlich einfacher gestaltet werden.

Lack of kitchen facilities, for example bin bags, tea towels and oven gloves. The balcony was home to a pigeon which pooped over the seating area.
