Dit appartement is een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een verblijf in Como. De locatie is perfect: midden in het centrum, waardoor je alles op loopafstand hebt. Daarnaast is een eigen parkeerplaats een groot pluspunt. Het appartement is misschien niet heel modern of sfeervol ingericht, maar het is wel ontzettend schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De kamers zijn ruim, er is een groot dakterras waar je heerlijk kunt zitten en de wifi is uitstekend. Als je op zoek bent naar een praktisch, ruim en schoon city-appartement op een toplocatie in Como, dan is dit zeker een aanrader.

El edificio es antiguo y resulta encantador. No hace nada de frío en el alojamiento. Tiene una terraza muy agradable. El apartamento es muy luminoso.
El apartamento no tiene ascensor (solo tenerlo en cuenta para personas con movilidad reducida o que no caminan demasiado).
