Nice, need to fix some issues

Location and renewed apartment

When we cooked the energy went don’t and 100% of the kitchen is electric. It seems that there was an issue if you use more than one electric appliance. The elevator is slow and antigue and most of the times didn’t work.

We really enjoyed the stay.the place was immaculate, and Rent Como was responsive helpful

The location was convenient with many nice restaurants and shopping. It is in a very popular area so it can be a bit loud well into the evening. We were generally tired so we went to asleep regardless!!!

There was no A/C and only two fans. We happened to be there during very warm temperatures. So it was quite warm until later in the evening! With the fans it was comfortable!

Was ok . Would not rush to book this apartment again

Central location . Clean apartment

We were on the fourth floor and the lift was temperamental and kept stopping in between floors so we had no confidence in using it . It was a self check in . No person to greet you no personal touch . Basic dishes only three cups and saucers minimal dishes . No air conditioning and very warm .

Bad customer services, some of the supplies in kitchen didn't work. The apartment was good and clean

The apartment is good size and clean, good location near by the lake

The management was very bad. They gave us wrong information and had bad communication. I had to get help from a tenant in the complex to talk to a customer service to get info. But the info was wrong lockbox location, after found lockbox, no key inside!). We had to wait about 1 hour to have 2 guys brought the key to us.I had to ask these men helping to get in the apartment. They even had to talk to the customer service few times to find out the right place. Without help form the tenant and these 2 men, we couldn't get in the apartment and settle down.

Super location, great spot to learn como and excellent access to the lake and lake transport.

4th floor, so discouraged regular exit and entry. But we knew that going in so not a problem. A result was that we wandered the streets of como, which is a charming town.

The apartment itself was a delightful surprise - impeccably clean, stylishly furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The interior design exuded a contemporary charm, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The apartment's central location was a huge plus, as it allowed easy access to all the attractions and landmarks in Como. Whether I wanted to explore the charming streets, visit the beautiful Lake Como, or indulge in some shopping and dining, everything was just a short walk away. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it convenient for me to prepare my meals when I felt like staying in. However, with so many incredible restaurants nearby, I couldn't resist trying some of the local delicacies. Another highlight of my stay was the stunning view from the apartment's balcony. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking vistas of the surrounding mountains and the shimmering lake - a truly unforgettable experience. What made my stay even more enjoyable was the exceptional customer service provided by Rent All Como. They were always available to assist me with any inquiries or recommendations, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. Could upgrade the place with air condition

Good location, inadequate facilities, wouldnt return.

Good location, modern furniture and decor. Easy access and good communication with host.

Lacking in basic items like a kettle, only 1 large glass. no wardrobe hangers. Shower was leaking in 2 places, Rainfall shower head too big for shower. No bath towel rail and hand towel rail hanging off wall. No safe. Although we knew there wasnt air conditioning, the fans supplied were grossly inadequate, making the space very very hot.

Perfect Como Location, clean and comfortable

Great spot in the centre of Como. Addition of fans was a nice touch considering it was quite hot.

Not much bad to say to be honest. The lift is quite slow so ended up using the stairs.

easy location from the train station and to the lake. good communication with the management team . nice little touches of free pasta, and little basics go get you started

no curtains up at the windows in the bedroom and bathroom just see through voile/netting which limits privacy and light for sleeping air con would have been nice however they did provide fans no kettle or coat hangers, however plenty of wardrobe space

The property is well located within Como piazza and 100 metres to the lake. it had all the facilities you could ask for in an apartment.

The elevator is very slow and requires the person to hold the floor number button for up and down however this would not stop me from staying at the apartment again.

the bed was quite low and a little flimsy (spouse is a big person). although it wasn’t a big issue, the windows overlooks a cobbled walkway - and lots of travelers pull their suitcases past, so it could be quite noisy

Very pleasent stay at Rent All Como. Localisation was perfect, in the middle of the city center. Very clean, comfortable beds. We arrived earlier than the check in hours and the host was so kind that we were able to check in earlier! :) I definitely recommend it.

It really is central and modern. Como town is right on the doorstep with all the restaurants and boats a pleasant stroll away. Spacious flat with everything you could need in the kitchenette. Minimal but nicely furnished. Good bathroom. comfy bed. There is a large walk-in wardrobe big enough to hide the suitcases.

The TV was ancient and we couldn't get it to work. It didn't bother us but an update would be good. The flat is up four steep flights of stairs so most suitable for more mobile guests. Good exercise tho! There is a lift but it is erratic. Out of order on the day we checked out so lugging suitcases down four flights was a bit of a pain.

Unreliable lift - didn't work time to time, so was challenging challenging for us as we had a stroller. No AC, so windows had to be kept open to reduce the heat, but numerous bars and restaurants nearby mean there are a lot of noises throughout the night which makes sleeping difficult.

Loved the locatkon , so close to the boats, to the square, train station(s) and the best gelato place ever! (Gelataria Guidi)! Very spacious apartment too.

No AC! It was hot, and the fans weren't enough. It can get a little noisy and you have to hold the lift button for 4 flights. The place smelt like cigarettes, not sure why and the shower was clogged/draining v. slowly. Sofa was a little dated too. But these were the only downsides. The lift I understand is part of the building.

There was a lot of noise from the street at night - I had to buy ear plugs. it would be nice if some bits were provided to use the washing machine and a couple more dishwasher tablets.
