Located near the main railway station, lake Como and the city center. We chose this place for our first visit to Como and were amazed by this good choice.
A 24/7 Carrefour market 3 minutes by foot. Duomo, restaurants and shopping also very close.
The apartment has all necessary things for perfect stay: kitchen well equipped, bed linen and towels very fresh and white. The support was provided very quickly. I will certainly recommend this place for a wonderful visit to Como with or without children.

Very comfortable and nicely set up rooms. Good location and responsive staff
There’s only one air conditioner for the whole apartment and rooms did not end up cooling. Complicated check in process, we had to first go to the office and then pick up keys from a different location before finally arriving at the apartment. This was quite cumbersome as it was a very hot day

Hello, the apartment was great. Spaceous, modern, well decorated. All beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed. The kitchen was well equiped for simple cooking. The location was excellent with restaurants and shops just around the corner. Parking garage was across street. Very convenient for a short period. The host was very nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend it and come again.
Not much to not like. The kids bedroom has bunk beds but if you have young adults as we do, it is not ideal but it worked. Suggest the side boards be flexible on both levels. The shower could use some service. Leaks once in a while and water temperature is not stable.
If you are a larger group, two apartment keys would be convenient. You need a key to get in and out.

Location was excellent, right near Como city center and also very close to the nearby 24hr supermarket (Carrefour). Apartment was clean and bright. Beds were comfortable in each of the rooms. Easy to get the keys, but note you have to go pick-them up and drop them off at a nearby locker storage down the block. Easy to use laundry room and easy to dry out clothes on the drying rack in the balcony area. Air conditioning worked well and was easy to control. Elevator was small but easy to use.
Air conditioning was easy to control, but note only one air conditioning unit to service the whole apartment so bedroom doors have to be kept open to get air conditioning.
