Good location, nice apartment
The WiFi not working, the AC not working on a heat wave. After 24 h someone came out and sorted the wifi. The AC was a joke, the bedroom had no AC, just a fan. The worst experience was at check out- we asked in advance for late checkout- not only they charged us for the full extra night but ai had a very rude girl calling me and shouting that I should return immediately to the apartment and check out 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. Not to mention that it was my birthday and she completely ruined it. Never been spoken with like that before in my life, the staff need some training regarding customer service.
