Wonderful, authentic stay in the old part of Como.

Wonderful hospitality. We were met on arrival and welcomed warmly by the hosts. Beautiful old building. Clean. Comfortable beds. Spacious. Warm with a cosy, eclectic vibe. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

Simply the best !

Very very happy to be in that beautiful appartments for four day. In historical centre, quiet street, antique furniture, attention for dedails, full of character. Hosts made me very welcomef, they live upstairs. Friendly neigbours too, specially cat , came to the balcony. The flat is very nice furnished, equiped kitchen ( you can shoo at Lidl, 10 min walk and cook for youself). Cannot express my feelings, I am very happy to stayed in that beautiful appartment.

Perfect stay!

The loft is huge and is well decorated. it's right in the town center. The host is very kind. It's equipped with full kitchen facility.

The wifi is weak in some of the rooms.

Fantastic

Brilliant property only 5 minute walk to the lakefront, Lovely and clean and great facilities including a full kitchen and tons of space, plenty of room for a family with 3 full bedrooms and a loft area with an extra two single beds. And even a sofa bed if you needed extra space. The hosts were very accommodating, and live in the flat above if you need anything or have any issues, the check in process was super easy and they showed me around the flat when I arrived.

AN AUTHENTIC HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Fabulous location. A homely, authentic older style Italian apartment located in a 400 year old building. It felt like we visited a family member who handed us the keys of their very comfortable home and said 'Enjoy, it's all yours for 4 nights'. It had everything...Anna is so generous, and very trusting with her possessions. We even met her delightful parents who live on the floor above. Just a short flat walk from the ferry, 100 metres from a supermarket, a few blocks from the cathedral, and less than a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Best possible location in the historic district of downtown Como: Max 10 minutes walking distance to all attractions, train stations and ferry. Artsy accomodation in 18th century mansion. Nicest and kindest hosts you can hope for.

Spacious and comfortable property in the heart of the ‘old town’ of Como

Large and comfortable, within walking distance of many restaurants and bars.

If you have a car you cannot drive up to property, or anywhere within 300 metres, you will be fined by the police if you drive into the ‘old town’

Superb

The host was friendly and check in even though at late night was very easy. She let us leave our things in the house after check out which was helpful to keep visiting the city. The location is very central and great to visit Como.

We were 2 guests and only had one towel bath available.

APARTAMENTO GRANDISIMO

Es un apartamento enorme (hasta el punto de equivocarme casi siempre de habitación cada vez que quería ir a por algo a la maleta o a mi habitación para dormir jaja) Es un poco antiguo pero estaba limpio.

Por poner una pega es que tuve que esperar una hora a que me trajeran las llaves y que en la cocina olía "raro"

Było ok, ale czystość i stan urządzeń pozostawia trochę do życzenia.

Bardzo klimatyczne mieszkanie, można się było poczuć jak w domu. Super wyposażona kuchnia, pralko- syszarka, żelazko etc

Łazienka nie była dobrze posprzątana, na dywaniku w wannie było dużo włosów po poprzednich wynajmujących. Śladowe ilości mydła w łazienkach i rozwalony prysznic.

Muy céntrico, en una zona bellísima y a 8 minutos caminando de Lake Como Institute. La lámpara de pato está sensacional. El clima era frío pero el loft es muy calientito.

Los dueños son increíbles, además de ser súper amables te aconsejan y te dejan un montón de mapas e información sobre Como y sus alrededores, también restaurantes.
