Immaculate property! Fantastic location for walking into main area of the city. Lovely, helpful staff. Beautiful, spacious room. Pretty outdoor area. Lovely touches, such as free little biscuits and complimentary shots for a ‘nightcap’ when we returned back from an evening out. Could not fault this hotel!

This was unfortunately not what we had hoped for on our honeymoon. I cannot fault the staff who were incredibly helpful, especially Elisabetta. The property itself however is extremely disappointing and the breakfast was below average. The hotel itself is up a steep hill and surrounded by building works. The hotel has not lift and would not be good for anyone with accessibility issues. We felt it was over priced and very inauthentic. The sister hotel just round the corner looked a much nicer place to stay, it was a shame to have stayed 2 nights of our short trip there.

We loved our stay here. The atmosphere was wonderful and all staff very kind and helpful. My only suggestion is that they might warn folks coming in that it's is a steep walk uphill so if you have bags you might want to consider the bus which stops almost right in front of the hotel. Without bags, it is a reasonable walk from everywhere and once at the hotel it is quiet and peaceful. I loved the breakfast being pre-selected, then ready to serve at your little table in the garden.

This is a delightful place to stay, comfortable large room with walk-in shower and balcony over looking the garden and pool. It's in a quiet part of town, away from the crowds but only 10 minutes walk, although there are some stairs to negotiate! The service is excellent both for check-in and breakfast, with poolside service for drinks during the day and food is availabl too.

I’m a frequent traveler, and I’m very, very picky as well. This place is beyond excellent. Especially the hostess. She is so kind and helpful, and is such a happy person. She likes her job, and it shows. The first thing I noticed upon entering is how wonderful it smelled inside. We opted for the Jr Suite. The price difference is so worth it. The suite has a bedroom, and a sitting area, it is 2 closets with hangers, and a nice bathroom with heated floor! This boutique hotel is located in a quiet residential area that is very close to the town of Como. It has a balcony that is so huge. There are 3 doors to enter the balcony, and all of them have automatic shades to block the sun. It is so very clean. The property has beautiful landscaping and is surrounded by absolutely amazing trees. I could go on, but these are the main positive traits of the property. There are no negatives to speak of. You will love this place.

This is our favourite hotel in Como! A beautiful Villa and boutique hotel with a lovely garden! We have stayed here 3 times and just love it! Beautiful rooms, really good beds and very clean! Only 5 min walk to the Cathedral - just love it!

This place is a hidden gem! Quiet, peaceful, and walkable to the the center of Como. Make sure to reserve a parking spot if driving in - we didn’t, and had to find street parking. Ended up working out but had to park a few mins away. Breakfast here was AMAZING, and the staff is so kind. We can’t recommend enough!

I love this hotel. The staff were so friendly and the accommodations were lovely. The pool was so nice after a long day of traveling. The room was clean and stylish. Our tv didn’t work but that wasn’t important to us. It’s tucked away in the hill but a short walk to the center. The walk back was a little steep. WiFi in Como is tough so plan your trip ahead of time.

We loved this little boutique hotel with its pool and lovely breakfast. Breakfast was included and it was homemade and fabulous every morning. Service was fantastic and it was near city centre using 2 stair cases, then basically a straight walk to where all the action is. The stairs are a bit steep but we managed fine! It was adorable!

This is a lovely property in a quieter more residential area. The rooms are huge and had a nice balcony and bed was really comfy. Also had a huge shower. No normal uk tv channels all were Italian. But does have Netflix access if you have an account, but as out and about a lot didn’t really matter. I arrived at 11 and room was ready. Pool closed though. I included breakfast which was great and in the day room you can help yourself to coffee and mini cakes. Up a step set of steps, so keeps you fit, I did find out after arrival that no 5 bus stops outside, so if coming from san giovanni station hop on that to save lugging cases. It goes back there two via the promenade so could use it to get back to centre. The fridge in room was locked, so couldn’t store cold drinks and there was no safe, but looked like there was a spot where it should have been.

We stayed here 2 nights. We arrived before check-in due to our train time, but happily the staff had our room ready ahead of time and were able to let us in right away. The room was pristine - even better than the pictures online. They offer breakfast on-site each morning for a fee (15€). At night, in the common area, they laid out little treats and bottles of spirits for a nightcap. The property is quiet, and is on a hill above the tourist area of Como. It is about a 15-minute walk to the lake. All in all, the place was excellent and the staff was helpful & kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect ! Really loved everything about this place , super clean & spacious rooms. We got top floor corner suite with wraparound balcony which was fabulous. Staff very warm & friendly, like family. Location was the best ; 5 min walk to duomo yet super quiet . Pool was an added bonus during hot afternoons. Entire property was impeccable. Would definitely stay again .
