Location is just excellent, also spacious room and good air conditioner! We loved girl in reception, who speaks English perfect, which was nice suprise in Italy 👍

It could be more cosy and modern, but at the same time everything was acceptable!

Clean, great air conditioning (which was needed in 37 degrees!), absolutely amazing location right next to the Cathedral. Big apartment with enough stuff to do simple meals, and a big fridge.

Nothing really but could complain that it was expensive, but it is como, high season, and pretty hard to find anything this decent for the same price.

Certainly the very central position of the location is the most valuable point. But the studio space was also very good for accommodating 2 people

Location was central

We were given room 12 on 1st floor overlooked by Lake Cafe which opened all day until 12.15 midnight. No privacy if you want to open the curtains and shutters which means the room is in darkness at all times. It looked like it needed updating plus it would be nice to have a mirror outside the bathroom as it made it difficult for 2 people to get dressed at the same time as no other mirror available in the whole apartment. Kitchen/lounge area dark as shutters open up onto a pathway so had to be kept closed. Having to keep both window and patio door closed made the apartment feel dark, closed and hemmed in. I suggest changing the awful roll-up yellow curtains for a light weight semi transparent curtain like voiles, to make the room lighter and private. A washing machine in the apartment would have been useful for those staying longer than 1 or 2 nights
