Loved it !

Location, Location, Location . Suite was beautiful and well maintained. Modern bathrooms.

There were more stairs than I was expecting. Reviews mentioned 9 stairs, but it was actually 9 stairs several times as elevators were on the landings between floors and not on the floors themselves. We had luggage which made it a little difficult on arrival and departure. Also if someone has mobility issues it’s an important thing to know.

Perfect location in Como, with a great host!......you won't be disappointed! Don't hesitate to book.

Silvia our host was fabulous.....she would do anything to help us out! Not only was there an information booklet with recommendations on site seeing and restaurants including web addresses, but Silvia also went out of her way by lending us things that we forgot to pack and also helped us out with a top restaurant recommendation and booked us in a restaurant for a big family get together in advance of arriving 🤗 The apartment was bright, modern and large with all the little touches there on arrival to make a cup of coffee with a biscuit as well as everything needed for the washing machine and dishwasher etc. The location was perfect.....right in the middle of everything, so 5mins walk from the lake, train and bus station and even closer to the bars and restaurants! The internet was good with a smart TV to watch Netflix. Fantastic bathrooms with the best showers and bathroom facilities. Great wardrobe space in every bedroom. Would highly recommend and would book again next time we visited Como 😁

With this being a completely honest review......I would give the apartment 9.8/10. Only because we had two small minor things that we think would make it a 10/10 apartment. 1. I'm not sure about the other two beds and I know it's personal preference but I think the main bed's mattress could be upgraded to a slightly comfier one, which is slightly softer or a mattress topper? 😴 2. Mirrors in the bedrooms would be great when getting ready to go out.... preferably full length ones the other half said 🤣 and these could even be on the inside of the wardrobe doors? But like I said these are minor touches, as we would still return next week because everything else is fantastic!

Lovely flat, terrible service

Beautiful flat in an excellent location

We asked to check in at 3pm. By 4pm we were waiting outside the flat while it was being cleaned (no apology offered). We checked out at 10am on our last day and the cleaners arrived on the dot. Eager to get us out, not so efficient letting us in. Also the keys to the communal door are a nightmare. We stayed 4 nights and at the end it still took us 10 minutes to get in each time. I told the host that we had a problem with the keys and her solution was “do a little dance with it”.

A comfortable, clean and very stylish apartment. The location is perfect: a lot of restaurants y and shops around and 5min walking distance to the lake. We were hosted by Valeria who made our arrival very easy. Without any doubt a place to recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy few days in Como

Amazing apartment in the heart of Como

Beautiful, very stylish apartment with all the amenities you need in a great location. Restaurants, shops, the lake and the cathedral right around the corner. The host is very nice and responsive. Would recommend it 100 percent.

A magic place

A very special place right in the middle of the historic town centre. The house is very new, clean and equipped with all the comforts. The staff is amazing and friendly. We really loved our stay and hope to come back!

Buen apartamento y mejor ubicación.

La ubicación, la limpieza, la amplitud y Consuelo es muy amable. Habitaciones y baños grandes. Tiene buenos colchones.

Hay ruido de los restaurantes de enfrente hasta las 11 y pico de la noche y entre las 6 y las 7 de la mañana pasan las barredoras todos los días. Para los que nos gusta dormir a oscuras faltarían unas cortinas opacas. No hay posibilidad de dejar las maletas en el alojamiento antes de la hora del Check-in. Hay unas consignas cerca.
