Excellent location for walking around Como

The apartment is well located, very close to the Duomo, the pedestrian area and Lake Como. It is at approx. 20 minutes from San Giovanni Station (connection to Milan). We parked on Via Rezzonico or Via G. Brambilla (blue lot) paying 2 euros/h from 8.00-19.00 Opposite the apartment it is a restaurant-pizzeria and a few steps away is Bar Duomo where you can have breakfast and coffee.

Only advantage the property has is that it is very central.

It was not clean and when we asked to check in earlier the owner did not tell us that there was a luggage deposit a few metres away from accomodation.

Perfect location for a short stay in the centre of Como

Séjour au top. Nikel.

Logement au top ; propre et bien situé. Toutes les commodités sont à moins de 5min (Bus, ferry, train). Ideal pour visiter et se déplacer. L'hôte est ultra réactif ; j'ai reçu en amont toutes les indications (avec vidéos) pour récupérer les clés. On pouvait pas faire plus clair. Le logement dispose d'une cuisine etc ; ce qui est ultra pratique et vous avez un carrefour market à moins de 5 min.

Le seul bémol serait l'absence de machine à café. Même si il y a a proximité d'excellent petit café et peu cher suffit juste de s'y arrêter avant de partir en excursion.

aucun contact avec le propriétaire, pas de wifi et malgré notre demande, nous n'avons pas eu de réponse. la lunette des toilettes était cassée, une touffe de cheveux trouvé dans la SDB, douche bouchée, un restant de grappe de raisin dans la cuisine.

Jammer dat er geen parkeerplekken bij zitten is erg moeilijk om een plek te vinden en in de stad ook erg duur zeker 20 euro per dag

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Residenza Manzoni Como Centre e ne siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. La posizione è perfetta, vicino la stazione Como Lago, a due passi dal centro e comodissima per visitare la città a piedi. Gli ambienti sono moderni, puliti e ben curati. Il check-in è stato semplice e veloce. Un altro punto a favore è la cucina in camera, comoda e ben attrezzata, ideale per chi preferisce gestire in autonomia i pasti. Nel complesso, una soluzione eccellente per soggiornare a Como in modo confortevole e indipendente. Consigliata!

L’unico piccolo neo è l’assenza del bidet, dettaglio che potrebbe mancare soprattutto a noi viaggiatori italiani

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja.

Bardzo blisko portu oraz innych atrakcji. Dosłownie 3 minuty od dworca kolejowego Como-Lago. Obok pizzeria lokalna w której byliśmy 2 razy- pyszne i dobre ceny.

Nieco hałasu na zewnątrz - ruch miejski. Ale nie było to straszne i to nie jest wina właściciela.

Poco luminoso, gradino tra zona notte e angolo cottura pericoloso. Check in con whatsapp e presenza di locker che non sono di mio gradimento per l'impatto estetico sulla città.
