Newly renovated with everything needed for a comfortable stay ( including air conditioning!)

We liked the location which was very close to the lake and very walkable from the train station.
We had some trouble with the air conditioner but the owner was very responsive. The bathroom was quite dark. It would have been helpful to know which train station to go into ahead of time for better planning.

Die Lage ist außerordentlich gut. Fußläufig um 2 Ecken sowohl am See als auch im Zentrum. Also Ideal zum Erkunden. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und für 4 Personen okay.
Wir hatten trotz der Kritik einen schönen Aufenthalt in Como.
Die Schlüsselabholung und die Anmeldung über Facetime fanden wir total umständlich. beim Schlüsseltresor war keine Möglichkeit kurz mal mit dem Auto anzuhalten. Auch das Ausladen mit dem Auto, nach 2 Minuten kamen die Beschwerden der Anwohner, dass man zügig verschwinden soll. Parken dann im teuren Parkhaus 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Alles in allem sehr Autounfreundlich.
Der zweite Kritikpunkt war das Bad. Dusche direkt gegenüber von der Toilette, hmmm. Augenscheinlich sauber (gefegt) aber gewischt wurde dort nicht. Das kann man besser machen.
