Very good air conditioning it made the room very cold after a hot summers day .Having a fridge freezer was very nice .Great location central to como and the bus station for access to other parts of the lake .Very helpful host with amazing video about how to access the building .Felt very safe as 3 girls travelling alone .
Nothing would say if you have any mobility issues it’s on the 2nd floor .So might be hard to access .But if you have no mobility issues the stairs are no problem at all .

Very nice place, quiet, cosy, and clean apartment, very good beds, and even coffee capsules were available. Very close to the city centre and to the university.
The shampoo and shower gel bottles had been empty right before us and not refilled. Actually, I did not expect that shampoo should be on the owner, but if there were the bottles, then our expectations just raised:-)

Close to bus and ferry.
No tea towel, no hot water when we arrived, street extremely noisy so had to keep windows closed, no elevator if you have large suitcases. 46 steps up. Wifi password was incorrect and we wasted time for the host to fix the water and the wifi password. There is a TV, but unless you have your own subscription to netflix, apple, etc, didn't seem you could watch any stations.
