position close to bus,train,ferry and shops cafes and restaurants, the property included a lift and spacious rooms .

The flat has a good location, only few minutes walk to the historical center.
The flat is situated on a pretty loud street, where the traffic is really busy...

The location was great; less than a five minute walk to the train station so transferring from airport couldn't have been easier. Lots of lovely restaurants on the lake close by; we tried a different one every evening. Five minute walk into Como town centre for some great shopping.
Federico was very helpful and made us feel welcome.
One of the photos is of two outside pools. As we had included a swimming pool in our property search, we had assumed that these pools were attached to the property.
This was not the case and did come as a disappointment when we arrived. However, we visited a couple of "beaches" where we were able to swim in the lake.
