I love our stay here! The workers and the place was excellent! It was so quiet and relaxing. We took a day trip out to Florence and it was so easy to get to. Nearby about 20 minutes is the Castello di Monteriggioni. Must check it out and the nearby winery. We tried going to the city of Siena but it was too hard to drive as there were a lot of ZTL. The food at this place IL grono was delicious. Love the breakfast as well!!! The cakes are delicious!!! Definitely a place to stay when u come here

Hotel was great! Very spacious, clean and staff was responsive. They even gave us a little gift for our honeymoon which was thoughtful. They provided a list of recommendations and location was perfect! Steps from the train and walkable to all the restos, shops and ferries. Would definitely recommend staying here!

What a wonderful stay we had! Although it was a self-check in hotel, the room and service we had was great, great communication throughout, wonderful recommendations of places to eat. And to top it off, they helped my partner plan a proposal for me which was exceptional!😍 very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend!

This is a lovely room we a balcony, it is on a busy roundabout but that didn’t detract from the lovely view we had.

Great location and clean room. The guidance in our checkin instructions were to scan a QR code on the wall once we are inside. Everything was wrong. The Wifi ID/PW were all wrong. The website it seng me to was a waste of my time. I had call to get Wifi. On the ladt day I gound a little piece of paper that provided a list of restsurants and some sightseing tips. That was too late.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Stanze del Lago Lake view. Elisabetta was very communicative and easy to work with, and our room was genuinely beautiful, with a little balcony overlooking the lake (and a roundabout haha, but that's Como!) Our only issue was that the number we were supposed to call to check in didn't work, and if a guest hadn't come by, we wouldn't have been able to get into the building. Just as a heads up to the team, especially if others have had this problem! Otherwise, a lovely stay, thanks.

Location ks amazing, 1 minute walk from the trainstation and the lake. Only negative is that there are a lot of young people hanging out on the street at night so it gets pretty loud.

The room was everything I wanted for my stay in Como. A gorgeous view of the lake from the balcony, clean, modern accommodations, and a brief walk from everything you want to see and experience. Checkin was easy and the staff was extremely responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The room was really clean and modern, the bathroom and over facilities were really good. The hotel is in a brilliant location, right by the lake, bus/train station with a super market underneath. I couldn't fault my stay and would definitely recommend.

We loved this stay! The hosts were very helpful and communicative. The property is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Plus the location is extremely convenient. Great location, clean room, close to everything. Paying for city tax was a major problem. First, they wanted you to pay the city tax, providing your credit card or bank information outside the Hotel. Com secure platform. Secondly, La Stanza would not meet you at their Hotel to pay the city tax. We had to go to their reception office to pay the city tax. It was located in a place that was very difficult to find. On the day we arrived it was pouring rain, needless to say it was a horrible experience. La Stanza needs to fix their city tax payment method.

5 stars, everything about this place is fantastic. Its so clean, the balcony room is awesome. Close to the city centre, everything is in walking distance. Elisabetta helped me so much, she was so knowledgeable and helpful. After her being so helpful and attentive, we booked another 2 nights. Thank you Elisabetta!

My only complaint about the room is that there is one small trash can in the bathroom, it would be nice to have a larger one in the room especially for longer stays. Property is on the second floor above a bus station. Very noisy at night. Checkin was convoluted as their is no staff on hand and requires many steps to self check in. Building is not well marked. Lake view room had a odd layout with the shower in the bedroom right behind the headboard. Completely open. Weirdest thing I have seen in a while.

There were no fabric curtains that provided privacy from all the people standing at the bus station. In order to block the light or change clothes we had to close the metal blinds which made the room pitch black and we were unable to see outside at all.
