Great location. Easy access to everywhere, 5 minutes walk from the train station. The host is very nice and helpful. Inside the apartment is quite clean and spacious. Aircon in the living room is strong.

The aircon is only available in the living room and not at the 2 bedrooms so we have to either leave the bedroom doors open at night due to the hot weather in Como in July or close them to use the fans but the noise from the fan is loud for sleeping when turning at medium mode. The entrance of the apartment is the backyard of restaurants so it’s quite filthy The apartment is upstairs of a restaurant and a bar downstairs so people drinking and making loud noise whole night on the street. If you’re a deep sleeper it won’t bother you but unfortunately I’m a light sleeper so it bothered me a lot.

Air conditioning only in the living room but would.be helpful to be in bedrooms also as it got extremely hot during the night. Apartment is in need of updating in places. We found there wasn't enough comfortable living space I.e sofa, chairs etc in the living room.

The property was great and the owner very nice. Plenty of room for the four of us. Plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, big fridge, air-conditioning. Very close to restaurants, supermarket, lake, funicular, boat hire, ferry and the Bascillica. Enjoyed the property very much and would recommend it.

I did'nt like that I asked for 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and got to the apartment and there was two bedrooms but one had a queen, the other had a single and there was a pull out sofa in the living area. Was'nt mentioned that the apartment was on the second floor and the entrance into the building was very dirty and smelt. Maybe need to state that if you are arriving by train to go to Lago train station and then it's a minute walk cause we came in on the San Giovanni and had to drag our suitcases for 30mins to find the place. Needs some wine glasses and cereal/soup bowls
