Liked the location and space. The shower was good and there was even a diffuser. Only 1 glass when we arrived but the owner told us how to get more.
It was mentioned that there was 150 usd fine for not doing the dishes ( and drying and putting away) which seemed a bit stiff!
The hall light came on automatically and we couldn’t get it to go off so it stayed on all night. 10 am check out with no flexibility.

Просторные апартаменты в центре Комо. В нескольких шагах от ЖД вокзала и набережной. свежий и современный ремонт. Есть все необходимое для недолгого проживания.
В целом меня все устроило. Цена= качество. Маленький нюанс- не хватало телевизора на мой взгляд, утром и вечером хотелось послушать музыку или что-то посмотреть перед сном. Ну и полочки в душевой тоже бы не помешало повесить.

Appartamento nuovo, ben arredato, molto spazioso con tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno di qualche giorno.
Posizione veramente molto vicina al centro con alcuni locali/ristoranti direttamente sotto casa.
Parcheggio a pagamento sempre sotto casa.
Molto pratico il self check in e la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile.
Purtroppo al nostro arrivo abbiamo notato che il piumone era sporco, abbiamo controllato nell'armadio e fortunatamente delle altre 2 coperte disponibili una (la più piccola e leggera) sembrava pulita ok, quindi ci siamo "accontentati"di utilizzare quella. Menomale l'appartamento era caldo a sufficienza (cambiare le pile dei telecomandi dei condizionatori perché erano tutte scariche e quindi praticamente inutilizzabili)
