Great stay in Lake Como as it was close to everything, including a supermarket down the road.

Good location near the heart of the city. Washing machine was great to have. Heated during winter. Key in lockbox.

With the sofa couch unfolded there was not much room to move through the apartment to the second bedroom.

Great location near the city, shops & restaurants but4 floors without banisters - not easy for some.

No breakfast, no means of cooking one, only a microwave.

The worst was not having a sink to even wash dishes in when the notice asked us to wash dishes. We had use the bathroom sink. No soap in dispensers, no coffee pods for the nice Nespresso machine. Otherwise the apartment was clean and spacious, near amenities.

Wonderful stay, great value! Lovely little Alpine hideaway

Great location and facilities. Large fridge for food, washing machine for clothing. Great shower and large bathroom.

Wooden shutters were quite difficult to open so we were afraid that they could break if we opened them.

Fair, but lacking essentials

The stay was generally fine. The location is very good, the place was spotless, and the bed and bath linen were in perfect condition, which made the experience more comfortable.

However, there are several aspects that should be improved: the accommodation has no sink or dishwasher, yet guests are required to wash the dishes, which means doing it in a bucket in the bathroom. The kitchenware is also very limited (only one fork and two small spoons, no glasses, just wine glasses and coffee cups). There is no stove, which makes cooking difficult. Being an attic, the ceilings are somewhat low, and although there is one TV in each bedroom, there is no real living room. Finally, the tourist tax must be paid in cash, which is not always convenient.

I liked the stay in a comfortable accommodation with AC and no noise.

Cosy room, perfect for a family

No sink in the kitchenette (do your dish washing in the bathroom), only 1 fork for a family of 4. The main bedroom mattress cover had a plastic feel and made noise when moving.

spacious rooms

We had to use a lot of stairs to carry my handicapped son leaving his wheelchair downstairs and have many stairs to get to the 3rd floor with lot of luggage. No description saying that apartment is on the third floor roof top and no elevator none was showing on the booking and it was to late to cancel after booking since there is no refund. I contacted the property and asked them why they didn’t disclose the whole details on the ad and I attached pictures of how my booking was described on the booking webpage! Owner was rude stating that I’m complaining and it’s not her fault if my son is on the wheelchair and it’s not her problem it’s on booking. Apartment doesn’t have a sink in kitchen so we had to do dishes in bathroom. Bathroom bidet smells horrible at night! Maybe sewer issues.

Positive feedback

Extremely easy communication with the host. Clear instructions, no problems with accessing the property. Clean place, well furnished. Location in the city center, reaching the central square after few minutes walk.

The toilet chair is positioned too close to the glasswall of the shower. Not exactly a negative comment, but it is just not comfortable for 1.9 m high person :)

apartment was spacious and perfect for family of 4. 1 bedroom, sofa bed, airconditioning, bathroom and kitchen facilities. Great location within walking distance to Como sights and good restaurants and bars. The host was a good communicator and we had all information we needed before we arrived. easy to access apartment and check-out.

Enchanting Apartment in the Heart of Como

Fantastic location, walking distance to the town centre and lake. Felt very safe as 5 female travelers tucked away from the main street. Enchanting apartment complex made for some great photo opportunities! Our point of contact Ciro was exceptional in giving us many fantastic recommendations, facilitating a smooth check in, and even organizing a taxi to take us to the apartment when we arrived in the middle of a monsoon! All in all wonderful stay and would book again.

Probably more suited to 4 than 5 as communal space was taken up by the sofa bed when pulled out, but managed fine during our short stay.

Very clean, very comfortable, close to the center, easy check in and check out.

Parking was a problem, need to take into consideration when making plans. It could take 20 min to half an hour to find Parking. Also, the ceiling in the bed rooms was low and had to bend down alot not to hit the head.

Awesome and some impprovement ideas

Everything was perfect for 3 days for all 4 of us. I decided to take the aparment 2, floor 0, because my grandmother is almost 80 years old. The responsible with the apartment was very helpful and he answered us very quickly.

Is not something we didn't like, is just something to impprove: maybe some slippers (the floor was really cold, only 2 of us had their own slippers); maybe shower gel or shampoo.

location is great - centre and lago is walking distance. clean. in viale lecco itself there are bars and restaurants to start with too. the online host (ciro) was very responsive and nice!

FANTASTIC APARTMENT IN BEAUTIFUL COMO

Amazing Location, literally a 5 minute walk into the center of Como. Area is very safe and has lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants on the same street. Clean apartment and had all the amenities you need especially if you are traveling with a young family which we were . We had a group of 7 adults and 2 babies and we stayed in 2 apartments and it was perfect for us. Free small breakfast in cafe beside apartment was a nice touch . Host Ciro was beyond helpful with his recommendations, very patient when I was delayed and went above and beyond for me when I had a issue with a flat tyre on our baby buggy by finding a repair shop for me. Was very grateful for this. I would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again when I return to Como.

Parking was only minor issue as the apartment itself doesn't have private parking but the apartment is right beside a huge multistorey car park and there is also on street parking all along the road opposite the apartments which is free after 8pm to 8am. Ciro sent me loads of parking options before I came both paying and free. If like us you plan on driving along the lake early in day, you would actually avoid having to pay for parking or keep parking costs to minimum if you time everything well.

Very nice apartment in a very convenient location, very helpful and welcoming owners.

Very friendly, professional and welcoming owners, helped us getting to know the city better. we followed some of their recommendations for food and sightseeing and these were probably the star experiences of our trip. Check in was easy and flawless as it was checkout.
